 + -1 moreDamien performed duct and dryer vent cleaning. First, we reviewed all of the vent locations and then the cleaning process. Then he cleaned all ducts and my dryer vent. I was amazed at the 'scrubbing' of the ducts to a like new condition. The amount of dust and other debris removed was tremendous. We had cleaned our dryer vent a couple of years ago, but still we got a large amount of lint out of the vent. He was professional and courteous. I would use his services in the future.

 + -1 moreI was calling around trying to find someone that could clean my dryer ducts on a Friday morning. I spoke with Mack's and they said they couldn't do the morning, but they could be there between 1 and 2. In addition, they would call me when they were an hour away. When I didn't hear anything by 3, I called. This began a series of phone calls where they assured me that they and quot;were trying to help me outand quot; and that they would be there in 30 minutes. At 6 they stopped calling me back and never showed up. My suggestion would be to use anyone else.

 + -1 moreThe procedure was quick and Mack did a thorough job. Our dryer works much better now. I will definitely hire him for this procedure again.
Description of Work: Using an industrial-strength vacuum, Mack removed the lint from our clothes dryer and the connecting duct leading to the outside.
