The other companies did not do dryer service. Work from outside only. They did not have the bottom line. unable to answer questions. Mack's Home Services, LLC, Excellent! Very professional, Dryer vent was in the wall outside of home and also did dryer vent dryer. I am pleased. My clothes are dying the first time around. Arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards.

Damien was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, meticulously worked in each area until the job was done, demonstrating "before" and "after" and the difference was amazing! He was able to help us with dryer vent cleaning and replacement as well. He went above and beyond! Will be using his services again and would recommend him to everyone!

Damien did a great job. He arrived on time, and spent a long time explaining the process. He even found another air system in the attic, the other company I got an estimate from (way more expensive by the way!), hadn't even noticed!. The dryer vent had a bird's nest in it! - a ticking time bomb for a fire!! So glad I got him to come out and do the whole house. Would most definitely recommend him and his company, he was very friendly and courteous.

Nice guy, very professional. I've never had the ducts cleaned before, and I really didn't notice any difference, but I guess my house must be that much cleaner. So that's a good thing.
