Did an exceptional job but left 3 bathroom vents uncleaned. Other than that, I would hire this company again. I would just complete a thorough walk through to make sure all of my vents are fully cleaned.

Mack's Home Services rep was on time/punctual. He called to let me know he was coming to our appointment. Appointment was convenient for me. He was courteous. He kept me informed of his progress and what he was doing. He showed enthusiasm about what he was doing. He educated me on the dangers of ducts not being cleaned in a timely fashion (can be a fire hazard).

Damien was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to find a hole that we thought was recently fixed in our dryer hose and was able to fix the hole and then helped recommend someone to fix the drywall . I would definately recommend Mack's Home Service to others.
