The technician was very professional - he described the process, how long it will take and how much it would cost. He was able to clear the dryer vent of a bird's nest (+ a live bird nesting in another vent!), and put a mesh on the vents to prevent future occurrence. By discussing the issues, we were able to take corrective actions immediately.

$300 for 3-story townhouse. 12 ducts, 3 registers, central unit, dryer vent, removed a peculiarly large bird's nest from the dryer vent and put a cover on it for me. Have no idea if that was a fair price or not. I'm pretty sure it ended up being a bigger job than he thought when he started, thanks to the Dodo bird's nest... I'd use him again.

I received a prompt call with price and he arrived next day at 7 am perfect since I was off. He was a great professional person and took his time explain and cleaned up after he finished cleaning the dryer vent. YES I will use him again and refer him to other people

Damien was very professional. Worked very hard and took his time eventhough it was late. He did everything he promised in our telephone conversation. He explained everything he was doing. He showed me how my dryer vent was full of lent and therefore could have caused a fire. He did everything that needed to be done, and did not try to charge me an arm and a leg for it. I would definitely use his services again. In addition, I would definitely recommend him to my friends, family members, and neighbors. My house is so much cooler now, and my clothes are drying in one cycle as opposed to 2 or 3.
