SERVICE VERY VERY VERY POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have appreciated if there were some way they could have vacuumed up all the lint that ended up blown across my yard. Two weeks later and there are still huge amounts of lint in the grass.

Did an excellent Job! Ducts clean and the dryer dries clothes in less than one cycle. Had problems with furance right after cleaning....he came all the way from Baltimore to check it out but I ended up having to get my furnace replaced after HVAC recommendation. I suggest he get HVAC certified because he didn't seem too knowledable about furnaces....

Absolutely outstanding. Did a great job, scheduled and arrived on time. Explained what he was doing as he did it and why. Extremely reasonable costs. Our dryer vent travels about 30feet from dryer to where it exits the house. He cleaned completely from inside to out the with the dryer on (to push air and particles out) he cleaned from the outside in! He also cleaned the dryer itself (inside ducting and the heating element itself). Damien is outstanding and I will definitely be using Mack's again!

I would highly recommend Mack's Home Services to anyone needing their air ducts or dryer vents cleaned. My home was a foreclosure that had been empty and neglected for about 3 years. I think it took quite a bit more effort than Mack had originally estimated, but he took the extra time to do the job right and did not charge me more than he had quoted me.

Responded quickly and scheduled the visit at my convenience. Very personable and friendly rep (Damien). Seemed knowledgeable and hard working. Spent ample time and energy performing the service.
