He cleaned the air ducks, dryer vent as well as the gutters. Did an excellent job and accommodated my needs. I called him last minute yet still was able to come and do it after my work for me not to have to take time off. He was very accommodating, the weather was terrible the day he was to come and due to traffic, he was running late but every 30 minutes he called to give me an update of his location and this made me feel at ease.

Very professional!! Had a wonderful experience! My dryer vent was disconnected, he was able to fix it while cleaning the vent for only a small cost. Very thorough and no up selling of services, greatly appreciated the honesty and good service. Will definitely be using Mack’s Home Services again for other projects.

You can't go wrong with hiring Mack to clean your vents. He comes at hours convenient for you. He is professional and respectful. He gives you the estimate upfront, then goes to work. It's refreshing to see a business so focused on doing a quality job at a reasonable price.

Good to deal with, there was a small amount of fine dust around the house, but that just tells me that my filter is not as good as I thought.

I hired Mack's Home Services for 2 different projects: dryer vent cleaning and carpet cleaning. I was very pleased that one company could handle both projects. Damien's customer service was awesome. He called as soon as I placed my inquiry, which was very early in the morning. He asked me questions about both services I was interested in which was dryer vent cleaning and projects and explained the process to complete the two jobs. He was very knowledgeable, personable and his work was stellar. I am very satisfied with the work performed, am scheduled to have more work done by Mack's Home Services and have already told me friends about this company.

I am very satisfied with Mack's Home Services. They came to my home today and cleaned my ducts and dryer vent. The job was thoroughly done, they took the time to listen and explain in detail what they were going to do, in addition to providing an upfront estimate. I will be calling them again soon likely for their carpet cleaning service.
