Mr. Damien was very professional, efficient, and thorough with his work. He gives excellent service. I have used him in the past and I would still give his service an "A" rating. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Was on time. The task was a very dirty duct cleaning for a home not taken care of in the past. He was diligent in completing the task. He took the time to explain the unit components and how to maintain in the future.

Answered all my questions, took care with my newly refinished hardwood floors and worked around my confining the cats to one room but then moving them to do that room. He came and knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job cleaning the dryer vent out. He was very professional, polite, and just a great worker. I have already recommended him to 3 other people. I was really impressed with his workmanship and he cleaned up everything very well. He's coming back later to clean out the air ducts. Damian arrived when he said he would.

Would have given 5 stars all the way around but Damon arrived 1 1/2 hours later than scheduled. As someone else said, the service was good, the timing is questionable.

I received a call with a message and a text message from the tech. Mr Mack is what I called him. He was friendly, and smiled which was a great first impression of the company. The work was explained, and the evidence of the yuk in my vents let me know that getting this done was a good idea. I was told that the difference in the air quality would be almost immediate, and he was so correct. There is a freshness in the air and my breathing has improved within the hour. I highly recommend this service and most certainly Mack's Home Service, LLC. You will be pleased of the end result. Dryer and furnace vents cleaned as well. Well worth the money.

Vents and dryer duct were cleaned. Procedure was explained beforehand and problem areas were pointed out during cleaning. Tech was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would recommend this Company for general vent and furnace cleaning. I had a very severe odor, maybe a dead critter die in the ventilation system. After the cleaning was completed the odor was still there. However, the job other than the critter smell was completed very thoroughly. The equipment used seemed to be new and very streamlined from equipment I have seen in the past. I would like to recommend they wear foot coverings. I did not like the fact that their shoes were all over my house and carpets. They handled by very large dog with great ease. He recommended I replace my dryer vent with a new blower on the side of my house. I already see a difference in the time it takes my clothing to dry. Great improvement and safer as well. Job well done!
