Excellent service! My 24 year old dryer works now as it did when new. Mr. Howard arrived on time, explained the cleaning process, was very thorough, courteous, and professional. It was encouraging to meet a provider that takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does for a living. Outstanding job! This company was extremely thorough, professional, and customer service oriented. They also did excellent cleanup, which not all dryer vent cleaning companies do. They are very reasonably priced. JAMMS is a great find and I would recommend to family, friends, and co-workers.

Joseph (the owner) was AWESOME!!! He actually arrived a few minutes EARLY. I had not had my dry vent cleaned out in a long time (like...ever...going on over 10 years), and he explained the proper length of time to go between cleanings. He also identified that my dryer and washer were reversed and should be switched, explaining that the extra-long length of the vent hose was preventing my dryer from reaching peak efficiency. He switched the washer & dryer and just did a great job! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Joseph came out exactly when he said he would and fixed my problem with a permanent solution. How do I know it's permanent? He guaranteed his work for as long as I live in my house, and I hope that's going to be a long time. The dryer vent was never the right one. It has always been inefficient and let too much hot air (and lint) into the laundry room, but when it became detached, I knew it was time for a new vent system. Joseph knew exactly what I needed in my small laundry room with the dryer close to the wall. He replaced the entire vent system, sealed it properly, and cleaned up the mess of lint behind the dryer. Joseph was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely hire him again for chimney sweeping and, if I ever need it, dryer vent cleaning. He only charged me for a dryer vent cleaning, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend his company.

It was wonderful. He was the owner of the company. He explained everything to me. He did it in a timely manner. He was very flexible with his schedule and he was pleasant. I would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Joseph was prompt and very polite. He inspected my Chimney and was honest and told me it didn't need cleaning. I thought my damper was broken but it was only stuck and Joseph got it to work. He than inspected and cleaned my dryer vent inside and out. Since he had his equipment in the house he cleaned out the ashes in the fireplace. I was not charged for the Chimney inspection or the fireplace cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with the work done and highly recommend Jamms.
