What a wonderful Company. The owner is very involved and always there to answer my questions. The installers were very professional. I would 100% recommend.

Initial install of the windows went relatively well, except the contractor/owner, Dale O'Roark mismeasured a window that had to be re-done, delaying installation. That same window failed a couple of years later and was replaced per the warranty provided by the contractor (not without complaint from Dale O'Roark). The window has since failed a second time and the contractor is being uncooperative in honoring his warranty. He has side-stepped efforts made through the Better Business Bureau forcing us to go through the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Maryland to find a resolution. Buyer beware – Dale O'Roark is an unprofessional curmudgeon who does not honor his word.

Initially, it went well, except for one window that they could never get right. It had to be replaced once, and when the window failed again Dale O'Roark showed his true colors. I ended up having to go through the Maryland Attorney General Customer Protection Division for litigation because Dale totally shut down and became uncooperative. I cannot in good faith recommend him to anyone nor would I ever hire him again.
