E Stanley Asphalt Paving

We had a hard time reaching Mr. Stanley; the first time his phone mailbox was full and then after we left a message at another time it took awhile for him to return the call. Once he called we were given choices of 2 dates, and we chose May 10 am. When he hadn't shown up by 1:f00 or so, we called him, and he said he would be here at around 12:30. He then did come at this time and satisfactorily completed the work.

They did a nice job and helped us go with options to minimize cost.

It went pretty well. There was a lot of rain during the week when I initially scheduled the appointment, so I was concerned about having the work done on a day where rain was possible. They were very accomodating and rescheduled for a time that was convenient for me. They were professional and did what they said they would do. The only reason that I gave them a B in the responsiveness department, was that it sometimes took them until the next day to respond to my messages. From a quality/value standpoint I gave them a B, because I have resurfaced my driveway before on my own and I am not sure if this is going to be any better than what I could have done myself. Then again, my back felt a lot better with them doing it.

Driveway sealing was quality work. Setting up appointment was cumbersome and had to call several times. Despite leaving messages there was often no call back for several days.

Young, approximately 18 year old in charge with one helper, worked from bak of pick up truck. Team provided above services,young man recommended retreatment in August.. Coating has a fringe of dead grass imbedded around the peripheral, still obvious after two months. Coating showed signs of wear off after only a few weeks. Driveway is in obvious need of resurfacing, major asphalt replacement of significant repair. I feel that this experience, while making the existing driveway black in appearance from the distance, was a waste of money that could better have been applied toward the appropriate work that needs to be done.

Scheduling took quite a while. It rained a lot last month and the driveway must be basically dry the day before, during and the day after. I have tarred the driveway myself several times and was hoping that a pro job would look better and last longer. The tar appears to be just like what I would have purchased from Home Depot. It does look more uniform that I have been able to do, but other than that, it seems the same. The materials usually cost me about $75, so $200 to have someone else take care of it seemed reasonable.

I am very satisfied with the experience I had with ESAP. They were prompt, professional & polite.

Gentlemen who did coating did a very good job,but it took a lot of my time to get this done as I had trouble getting hold of salesman at first,and they had to cancel first time due to rain,that didn't happen.

I called to get my driveway resurfaced and I did not get a call back.

They provided the service on time and it the terms it was agreed.

Trouble free. The guys showed up at the agreed time, inspected the driveway to see what prep was needed. They consulted with me about where the warning sign would go and followed my instruction. One of them blew the dust and debris off the drive. They put tape down to protect the house and then applied a coat around the edge (a trim coat if you will). After the trim coat was done, one sprayed the whole driveway while the other managed the feeder hose. Very neatly done and done more quickly than I would have imagined.

I last used their service about a month ago and it was my first time to use them. They provided me an excellent service and they gave me a great deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was pretty good. The gentleman was a little tough to get in touch with. It was hard to get scheduled. They came out on time and did what they said they were going to do. We were satisfied. He could have been more accessible to get in touch with. The price was comparable to everything we had seen. We had been quoted some cheaper prices.

They arrived on time. Prepared the job site. Performed the service (asphalt sealcoating) ask if I had any questions. Cordoned off the area from damaged. It all took less than 45 minutes. Perfect!

Very pleased. Prior to getting them on the job, I had a company start the job and run off with my money. As a result, I was out of cash from the company that ripped me off (Ruxton Cotracting in York, PA) and without a driveway but a hole in the ground. E Stanley came out and fixed the previous work up, put the proper foundation down, and put the new asphalt in. It looked great and I was pleased with the services and price. Would use again.

The crew did a great job. This was offered through a Angie's list deal, so the scheduling was out a month. But my driveway looks brand new. Great work!

Overall, we are very pleased with the work that was done! The driveway looks very good. The owner and several family related workers were friendly and accomodating. They applied an initial coat and when we requested additional sealing on a few spots they applied a second coat to the entire driveway. A few days later, we were concerned with how it was drying and they were nice enough to come to review their work and assure us that it was drying appropriately. Several neighbors have commented about how good it looks! The company was nice enough to schedule the work convenient to our desires. We wanted to have it done during the spring and they didn't have trouble with that, even though we initially contracted the service during the winter. Our only problem was difficulty reaching them during a one week period. Their phone was briefly unavailable but when we tried a third time it was back in service and the owner provided his cell phone as a back-up. We were very pleased to get a 90-day full guarantee. We thought the price was reasonable for the work that was provided. We would definitely use them again!

The estimate from the owner was fair and we moved forward to patch and seal the entire driveway. Care was taken not to ruin my lawn, which was appreciated. Work was done on time and the finished product looked great. Unfortunately, it rained heavily the next day and some of the cracks lost some of its sealing off the bat and needs a little more, but otherwise the driveway looks great and still does after the winter.

It worked out very well. He was punctual, looked and seemed very professional. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and it looks good. I would hire him again.

Although my original work date was rained out, Ernie Stanley and his crew arrived right on time on our next arranged date. They had all the equipment necessary to do the job and got right to work. I had a 500+ cubic foot driveway that was in a deteriorating condition. Ernie came out after my initial call to give me an estimate. I explained in detail what I wanted, and he explained in detail how my expectations would be achieved. The price was fair. The crew was obviously skilled in what they were doing. As a result I now have a beautifully finished and edged driveway exactly as I expected. The results were so good that before the crew was finished with my driveway, my neighbors across the street came out and enlisted the team to complete their much smaller driveway. Their driveway was completed the same day while the crew was on site. My neighbors and I are very pleased.

Everything went smoothly; they honored the deal within a reasonable time and showed up when promised. I have never had my driveway sealed before so I don't really have a basis to judge the quality of their work.

Don't even bother with any other company. This company is simply the best you can get. Arrived on time and performed their work in a professinal manner. The owner was on site to supervise. This is the BEST company to deal with.
