+ -1 moreThey cleaned the rug but they were not able to take out the mildew stains out. Mildew stains don't come out anyway. They also kept the rug with them till my room was ready.
Description of Work: I used Crain Rug Cleaners to large wool rug which was stained following a roof leak.
