+ -1 moreDouble sink in kitchen backed up - the problem was in the main trap below the house. He arrived on time, assessed the situtation and corrected the problem in under 2 hours. Made sure everything was running fine with no leaks before he lett.

+ -1 moreConfers installed the plumbing in both bathrooms, including tub, toilet and sink in one bathroom and stall shower, toilet and sink in second bathroom. When the job was finished they came back a couple of times for things that needed fixing and were very prompt at taking care of the problems.
Description of Work: Confers did the plumbing work for our two bathroom renovations and the cost was included in the total cost paid to the construction company and was not broken down into plumbing, electrical, etc.

+ -1 moreThe water had stopped leaking while they were here and they could not make it leak again so were about to leave when Gary pointed his flashlight to the ceiling in the hallway and saw a tiny drip of water. They cut a hole in the ceiling at that point and discovered the pipe with the nail in it. It took another hour of tedious labor to remove the nail and repair the pipe. They tested it over and over until they were sure there were no more leaks, which required them to work two hours overtime. They then cleaned up the site and were on their way. I cannot place a price on the job because it was part of the renovation and any charges will be between them and the owner of the company doing the renovation.
Description of Work: We are having two second floor bathrooms completely renovated and in the process of laying the new subflooring in the second bathroom, one of the workmen, using a nail gun, unknowingly shot a nail into a pipe causing a leak of water to the first floor and basement. Gary Confer and his assistant, Bill, who are the plumbers for the job, came back to the house after completing their part of the demolition, and searched for an hour trying to find the source of the water on the basement floor.
