Carpeting King

We would have gave an A Rating, as the quality of the carpet and workmanship was excellent. The price was very competitive. However, they refused to dispose the many rolls of carpets and padding because one large roll of each reeked of cat urine from an area in the living room. It was disclosed up front that that was the reason we were getting new carpeting in the living room. We would have understood if they refused to take those two rolls and maybe even two other rolls. However, 12 of the 16 total rolls of not-very-old carpeting and padding that did not smell and should have been discarded, as part of the contract. After 4 days with the large pile of carpeting on our front lawn and 3 daily calls with their repeated claims that we somehow voided the contract and that the garbage men would take it for us the following week, I ended up having to borrow a truck and make two trips to the dump to dispose all the old carpeting and padding myself. With one neighbor trying to sell his house and the other having a large outdoor party that evening, we couldn't just leave that eyesore by our curb any longer, in hopes that garbage collectors would pick it up in a couple more days. Disappointing.

It all went very well. The men were there when scheduled with the correct materials. We heard no loud music or foul language, it was a pleasure. Our home was clean when they left.

They did very good.

Their service was good. They came on time and did a good job. We thought the pricing was reasonable. We would use them again if we needed to.

They were very professional, and I liked them. It was pretty easy to call them and to have them come out. They were pretty quick to get the estimate back to me. It was very expensive, so I decided not to do the work. I would use them in the future if their price is right.

Representative arrived on time for the estimate. The initial estimate was higher than a competitors and he matched the competitors price. They were able to install on a Saturday which was very convenient and was one of the deciding factors why we choose this company. Installation was smooth, fast, and effient. We love our new carpet.

High qualtiy carpet at a great price. Got caprted installeld one week after they brought samples out. Have used them before. They are courteous, do a good job, and clean up after themselves.

I really enjoyed working with this company, which is very much a family company. I believe it is owned by brothers and both times, a father-son pair came out to do the install. The owner is very professional and courteous, but the language during both installs was quite colorful. The first install went beautifully and I loved the premium pad and berber in the basement. The installers even ran our audio wires under the carpet for us and completed work surprisingly quickly (we removed furniture and the old carpet ourselves). However, the second time we used the company, we had some problems. The first scheduled install had to be rescheduled because new tackboards needed to be glued to the linoleum floor and set for 24 hours. Then the carpet came in, and the installers showed up, and unrolled the carpet to discover it had been run through with a forklift at some point. They rush-ordered a new roll at no charge and installed it within 2 days. The second install wasn't quite as seamless as the first (literally), but we are still very pleased with the carpet and with the price.

They were very friendly. They provided good customer service. They were very professional. They answered any of our questions. They did a very good job.

We were given their information through a recommendation, and they were great. They came out for a free estimate, helped pick out carpet samples, measured everything right up, and worked with us to get something we would like, be able to use, and afford. Within 2 weeks of having our initial consultation we had complete new floors through out our home. And, they moved all the furniture (although we had to pack up knick knacks, etc.)

Great! Prices can't be beat. Some marks left on wall paint, but that's the only complaint.

THIS COMPANY WAS A GOOD HELP IN PICKING OUT THE TYPE AND COLORS. I WAS REFERRED TO THEM BY SOMEONE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRICE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN GETTING MY CARPET IN.
