I’m over the moon! David Found and resolved our issue in one visit! He was even diagnosed our issue over the phone, he was knowledgeable and courteous! Left the area as clean as he found it! Above all else I appreciate the total transparency in pricing, the rates and job cost did not change from the original quotes and expectation given! Thank you David!

I hired them to come out and hook up my new Nest Learning thermostat! A gentleman came and installed new wiring from my furnace to the thermostat and he was at my house for 2 1/2 hours because he could not get the furnace to click on it was almost eleven o'clock at night and we were tired and said if it does not click on we will call on in the morning! Well, it never clicked on, which he spent and extra 1 1/2 at my house trying to figure it out which brought the total to $356.00 and some change! I called them and I was told that it was hooked up correctly and it was my furnace that was broken! I had my furnace people come out and they told me that it was the electrical and I needed to have whoever installed the Nest come back out! Which cost me another $270.00. I called them back and they wanted me to jump through all these hoops before they would help me, which I did! After a week of this and no customer servicemen help from them and mind you no heat when it was 12 degrees outside! I called a Nest specialist and he came out and in less than a minute had it fixed. The original electrician from Bright View Electric had connected the common wire to the wrong spot on the furnace and this is why the nest was not getting a charge from the common wire and could not turn on the system, this cost me another $100.00!!! I called Bright View Electric to see if they would credit me something since their employee hooked my nest up wrong! I was told by the the owner that he did not think he could do anything for me since they had paid their employee to come out to my house but, he would have someone from the office call me! No one did until I called several times! I then received a text from a Jennifer Gilde, she is quite lovely! Telling me she left work due to being sick and had dental work done and could not speak but, would call me, when she was back on Monday! Monday, no Call, Tuesday, no Call Wednesday, no Call!!! I called her 5 times and left messages and I received no response!!!!! If you are looking for an Electrition, do not call this company ever, ever, ever!!! They will rip you off!!

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. WE AGREED ON THE WORK MUTUALLY. THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE WORK WHICH I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH.
