very well. the workers were polite, friendly and very professional. did a through job from start to finish. To me, half of any job is customer service and they delivered.

This is the second time I have used All Painting and I went back to them because they did a great job before! They removed the furniture from the deck and power washed the deck and waited a few days to dry before staining. Everyone is very courteous and responsive.

Brandon was very professional and punctual as he did an awesome job of cleaning and painting. We were very pleased with the result.

The company did an excellent job. I didn't need to be there, and the appearance of the wood did not change in the slightest.

They did an excellent job. We're able to get years of dirt, green mold, and stains off of all surfaces. Don, who was in charge of scheduling kept me up to date through out the whole process. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and very professional.

All performed very well. They consulted me me regularly on the extent of the wood repair, in order to manage the costs. Painting was done well with a large crew. The whole job took about a week for our large house

I selected All after getting proposals from 4 contractors. Their proposal was the most comprehensive (clearly explaining the work to done) and the price was fair. The repair work was quoted as a time and material cost, as most contractors do. The work started right away and throughout the process there were good size crews working. They consulted with me on the repair/replacement work in order to manage costs. We were informed about their schedule. The whole job took a little less than 2 weeks, including a few rain delays. The people who worked here were courteous and friendly. I am pleased with the quality of the work and the end product.

The folks did a great job. Removed all of the furniture for us before power washing. Waited a couple of days to ensure that every thing was dry before coming back and staining.

My request for an estimate for painting (walls done with my paint), removing the attic stairway and replacing a closet door in a small bedroom as well as paint the front door and the trim on a sliding glass door was quickly set up. Steve took pictures of the ceiling work to facilitate the estimate. Although I felt $2390 was high, I went forward with the order feeling with the many positive ratings I was contracting for a quality job. Sadly, I should have paid closer attention to the lower ratings on Angies and another site. First of all, nobody called me back after I sent in my deposit and left messages to set up a start date. I finally reached Mr. All after 2 weeks. He had no clue that he had my order or deposit. He was most agreeable to setting up a date convenient for me. I was concerned with his nonchalant attitude that he was not aware of the carpentry involved, and he wasn’t, until I reminded him of it. After he took time to look at the order he said the date I asked for was fine. Start date arrived with only painters and no one to do the carpentry, which of course would have to be done first. Painters were clueless and after many yes we can start, to no we can’t start and phone calls the day was deemed a loss and I should wait for a phone call. Two days later a carpenter came who could barely handle the demands of the job physically or technically. After a full day the ceiling carpentry was still not done. The front door and the trim were painted. After telling us not to fully close the front door for a couple of hours, one of the painters closed the door. Paint was applied on the sliding door trim without any prior scraping leaving it uneven and bumpy and we had to request that it at least be repainted. The carpenter made a special trip out to finish the carpentry on a Sunday morning. The bedroom walls were painted satisfactorily and we were assured that carpentry and painting on the ceiling would result in a seamless finish. However, after many attempts at skimming and painting the line continued to be visible. Another professional arrived to refinish the ceiling. It seemed to look good and he assured us that it would hold up for at least few years until the house shifted more. Based on that assurance, I okayed the checklist and paid my balance. Two weeks later a line on the ceiling began to appear. On June 26 I spoke with Mr All who said he would personally come out to look at it. On June 27 he called back and said he would have to get in touch with someone to come out and fix the ceiling. Today is August 28th and there has been no visit or call back about someone coming out to look or work on this issue. I think it’s fair to assume he has no interest in resolving this problem, and I refuse to keep calling for an issue Mr All is fully aware of. I did receive a card from the company reminding me to place my rating on Angies List. In addition, if I gave them an “A” I would receive a gift card. In the interest of transparency, this tactic of buying an A rating by a company needs to be addressed at least by Angies List.

The team that came out were great! very courteous, did a great job cleaning the front of the house, hard to believe things are that clean under the dirt! The painter who came out to do the rails did a beautiful job! Compared to my neighbor, who also needs his rails done, mine looked brand new! Even the rust stains on the concrete where the rails are embedded were cleaned off. One concern was the mold on the vinyl/silicone/whatever weather sealing around the garage door not being cleaned completely. When I contacted them about it, they recommended using oxyclean or a bleach to get that out so they acknowledged the shortcomings of powerwashing and knew of solutions, which I appreciated. I will try that method and see how it goes. As you can see from the pictures, most of the mold IS gone, it's the part you can't SEE from the street (whatever helps me pass the Home Owners Assoc inspection works for me!)

They had to come back to reinstall a screen but everything was great. Flexible and friendly.

The crew was efficient and professional. They clearly knew their job and within 6 hours I had a newly sealed deck. And it looks great!

The work was done in a professional manner and timely. The cleaning process was thoughtful and did remove algae and dirt accumulated since he last cleaned it previously.

Doug and his crew did a fantastic job. Doug was extremely helpful and responsive. He removed the top board of our retaining wall, which was rotted, and replaced it with a new board. He cleaned out our dryer vent. Tony was very friendly and courteous. He and the other workers did a fantastic job power-washing the driveway, walkway, stoop, garage and sidewalk. It looks like we have a brand new driveway and walkway. Great job! I highly recommend All Painting & Power Washing.

Great service, very easy to work with and very flexible due to rain, etc. Adjusted/decreased the price as the scope of the work changed. Would hire again and recommend.

All Painting and Power Washing were top-tier form the moment I purchased their special of 8 hours of power washing service. I even received a hand written thank you note from the owner thanking me for choosing his services. Additionally, I received a call from the owner to review my priorities prior to the service. My home has never looked so pristine - like it was just built. They did a fantastic job and even went above and beyond the specified heights limits to ensure the job was thorough and complete. Because they were unable to completely finish one portion of the home exterior, they gave me a fantastic discount and gave me priority scheduling to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. I definitely will be using them again and highly recommend that you do the same.

Hardieplank on house went well, after I showed employee that you had to turn on the compressor for water to come out. Power washing of wood surfaces (doors, trellises) was a disaster. Paint peeled off and wood blistered in 16 locations and three doors. Employee did not notify me of damage. Owner denied too much pressure was applied too close to the surfaces, but I had two other painters and the owners own carpenter freely admit they had caused the damage, for exactly those reasons. Owner denied responsibility. Owner wanted me to match and buy the paint myself and he would touch up only the spots damaged (not paint a whole board to blend in) for a fee of hundreds of dollars. Every professional I spoke to said this was outrageous. I hired another painter and it cost me dearly to correct All Paintings horrible job. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

All Painting and Power Washing is an exceptionally run company managed by the most considerate and gracious couple I've come across in contracting services. Jeff and Suzanne wrote me hand written thank yous after both the bid and job completion. They're estimator Steve was flexible in scheduling, as was their crew. All services were performed exceptionally, the house looks great, and several days worth of work was completed at a great price. I will absolutely use them again!

We bought a painter for the day special. Upon the initial consultation phone call, the company informed us that the work we wanted done would probably take more than 1 person for 1 day. Painting our two story entry way and upstairs ended up costing us triple the 1 painter for one day cost, but since they warned us upfront, we were extremely happy with the results and price. They spent most of the first day preparing the walls (filling in cracks, indents, holes, etc) which made the final product appear much more professional than it would have if I had painted it myself. The workers were pleasant and the owner stopped in twice to check in on the progress. I would hire again without hesitation.

Excellent -- they got all of the surfaces very clean and the gutters looked like new. Wayne and Tony were a very good team.

Excellent experience with All Power Washing! Friendly staff, estimator arrived right on time. He was friendly, thorough, and explained the power-washing process (it was our first time). Appointment was scheduled and the 2-man crew arrived right on time and worked very hard, despite very cool temperatures. Yard was left completely cleaned. I strongly recommend them for power washing. My house is so bright and brilliant, the vinyl siding looks brand new!

We hired someone else... but the gentleman was very nice.

They were also supposed to do some drywall repairs, nail pops. They did some drywall repair in my two story living room and they didn't do any sanding. You can see the swipes in the painting. In June he said he would come out and do the repairs, and multiple times sent someone out but never did work when they were there. They didn't even fix the problem, but made the situation worse. A few days after that I noticed that they got green paint on the cabinets in my bathroom while cleaning up. I had to request that they cover things up, but by then they already had drywall dust everywhere and there was dried paint stuck to the inside of the sink from when they cleaned up. They keep saying they'll go over the whole house and repair all of the issues, but when the workers come out they don't want to do anything about the problems. When I contacted the owner of the company, he said he'd come out but never did. Then he told me that they would come out and fix a few of the things I have problems with. They are not proactive in trying to satisfy their customers. I had to keep calling them to get someone out even though multiple times they said they'd come out but never showed up. Steve Weber is their senior field coordinator and told me that they would repair anything I wanted them to because they wanted me to be happy, but the workers didn't want to fix anything, so it seems like they aren't on the same page. When I spoke with one of the workers, he said that Steve promises every customer the world, but they never follow through. Steve told me during the initial visit for the estimate that the guys would move everything, but when they show up they bumble around like they have no idea what they're doing. One of the workers flat out told me that the guy doing the drywall repairs, Wayne, didn't know what he was doing and had messed up the drywall repairs and just painted over them. There are lumps in the ceiling and there are two patches in my living room that still don't look right. They all said they'd report back to Jeff about the repairs that needed to be done and I don't think they ever did talk to him.
