Great painting, great detail. The painting was good, the wallpapering was tricky, he should stick to what he knows. I liked how it turned out. He used a sub-contractor for the wallpapering. He did a fabulous job on the painting.

The walls were off center and crooked which made it impossible to match up the difficult pattern you picked out for that 2 story area. Given the circumstances, I believe the entire job turned out real nice.

I had some problems with the workers. They did some extra work for me and it was not right. The total cost ended up being $3000 additional to the estimate. I'm still finding things that aren't done. They took out the pins on the gutters and never put them back. I'm not sure if I would use them again.

[removed member name]. I am so sorry you had a bad experience with my workers. The "extra" work you hired them to do, you never made me aware of this. You never went through me. You went directly to them to get a lower price, I assume. If "I" would have been aware of the additional work you wanted done, I would have made sure, with certainty, that it would have been completed and the workmanship would have been Superior. Next time "please" go through me for additional work, not directly to the workers to save a buck.

It went well, I thought it took longer then expected. Then again I didn't really know what to expect.
Description of Work: The guys came out and pressure washed the whole three story town house. They also washed the deck, the walkways and driveway and did the corner of the neighboring town house that faces us, "So it would look nice." The only complaint is that when they said they needed to trim back a tree a "little bit" they took off a whole branch! Looks OK from the street; from the side it kind of has a bare spot. Later we had an electrical problem and they were very helpful hunting down the fix.

Description of Work: Powerwashed 20' x 20' deck and 3 bedroom, aluminum-sided house. Painted doors, garage door, and wood trim along roof line, and stained deck.
