+ -1 moreWayne T the owner of "All About Air Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc." did not complete the repair to the HVAC he installed in my home. Wayne, installed an HVAC in my home and he did a good job. What he does not//not do well is complete a repair job. I had issues with the water overflow on the HVAC and the HVAC shutdown. I called and after sometime he found the issue. He removed the relay switch and stated he would return with a new one. Its been several months and despite the phone calls, text, emails, calendar reminders I have been unsuccessful getting in contact with him. I currently have bare electrical wires that are exposed which he left without properly covering them. Now when there is too much humidity the system will overflow with water and all over the basement destroying the filter etc. I emailed him again to try and resolve this issue prior me reporting this issue with Wayne T. owner of "All About Air Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc." I'm going to attempt to report him to the county and last resort taking legal actions if necessary.
