Service was prompt and professional. Howard provided very helpful tip re: installing light bulbs and gave me an honest estimate re: installing new electric panel.

Once he got here, it went fine. When I called them to find out when he was coming out, he told me that he didn't have me on his list. I had to call Angie's List and you called him, then he called me and apologized. He came and did what he was supposed to do. He got stuck in traffic and called me and told me he was going to be late. I was pleased with his work. He came a couple of weeks after I purchased it. When I first called him to make my appointment, he brushed me off, and told me that he didn't have me on his list.

It works well and he did it very quickly.

I recently purchased an electric range from Sears for my kitchen. However, when it was delivered, it did not lie flat against the back wall in my kitchen because of the location of my electrical outlet; the outlet stuck out from the wall and was hitting the rear corner of the range. Sears said that there was nothing they could do about this - I needed to find an electrician to move the outlet. I found Mr. Huntley through a special pricing offer for electrical services that his firm was offering to Angie's List members. I must say that working with Mr. Huntley was a pleasant experience from start to finish. He not only moved the outlet, but he also suggested shortening the length of the electrical cord on the range so that it was not so bulky, which made my range fit flat against the kitchen wall and gave it a better overall appearance. I appreciated that he understood how important it was to me to have an installation that was attractive, as well as safe and functional. After finishing with my kitchen, Mr. Huntley also installed an electrical fixture in the ceiling of my hallway on the second floor. Everything was done in a professional manner and looks great. Would highly recommend Mr. Huntley and will hire him again if everyone else on Angie's List doesn't steal him away!

We agreed on the work to be completed prior to booking, but he still sent me out to Home Depot to get an electrical box. Our other contractor had to clean up the lose wires he left hanging out of the ceiling where he took out a light fixture in our bedroom. All in all, not a great experience.

Everything well, very well. Howard arrived on time and did a fantastic job of assembling and installing our ceiling fan and repairing our doorbell. We appreciate his professionalism, skill, patience, courtesy and cost for a job so well done. We have already recommended him to friends and family, and we are already planning on having him do some additional work for us because we do want the work "Done Right" and that's exactly how Howard did it for us!

Arrived on time after first checking to see I was home. He was professional and competent and courteous.

Two receptacles (electric sockets recently installed) not working. Studied the problem, understood error and shortcuts taken by others Took the time to explain to me the reason for the malfunction And repaired the non- functioning receptacles! I was very pleased. And consider my Angie's List money well spent!

Everything went well. Howard was very patient and professional as I had to reschedule the appointment on a few occasions to work around other projects that was going on in my home at the time (I.e. painters, drywall, etc.) I am pleased with all of the work done and would definitely hire him again.

Soon after signing up for the Big Deal I was contacted as to the nature of the work . I had no specific time table as to when I wanted the work done but needed some time before I would be ready. After a week they contacted me and a time was arranged. The materials required were not included in the price , so I was give a list of items I had to purchase. Howard the electrician showed up on time and after scoping out the work noticed I had purchased the wrong outlet box, so we both went to Home Depot and got the correct item. We returned home with plenty of time to install two light fixtures , one of which required moving the outlet box, installing two CFGI outlet, and rewiring a faulty outlet. All the work was done professionally and Howard was very accommodating .

Checked every outlet, traced it back to one that had switched off somehow and reset them all.

The electrician responded promptly to the Big Deal I bought. I had thought that I was getting him in order to add an outlet, primarily, but in talking to him he gave me a simple solution so that I no longer needed an outlet. Instead, living in an older house, I had him replace two-prong receptacle outlets with grounded 3-prong outlets. He arrived promptly and started working. The very first outlet had a problem with a frozen screw and had to be drilled out, another outlet had some odd system of washers in place to maintain pressure. Everything was handled, three decora tamper-proof receptacles were installed in my dining room and three regular tamper-proof receptacles were installed in my living room. I had purchased the receptacles and wall plates at Home Depot in advance of the electrician's visit, as he suggested I do. After he left I had a tester check each receptacle and they all showed themselves as correctly wired.

Howard was very pleasant to work with and was able to do the work I wanted done well within the 2 hours. He and I agreed that he would come back to do several more tasks that a home inspector had pointed out when I have the material needed.\ He was courteous and professional and very efficient.

All work was performed professionally. His prices are extremely reasonable.

"Done Right Electric" lived up to its name. He fixed two bad dimmers and a transformer problem with under-the-counter lights in 90 minutes, including going to the hardware store with me to purchase parts. Everything worked perfectly. He was careful and methodical and didn't guess at the cause of problems. Didn't leave trash lying around either or scratch/ding things. Great value for $99 and I'd recommend him highly. By the way, this was the second "$99 for 2 hours electrical labor" deal I purchased. The first was a total bust - the guy didn't accomplish anything in the entire time at my house working on THE SAME PROBLEMS "Done Right" fixed. So "Done Right" was a very pleasant change.

Howard was fantastic. He really went above an beyond the call of duty for us. One of the things I wanted him to repair was an outdoor outlet. It turns out that the outlet was no good, so he offered to go to Home Depot, purchase the new outlet, and install it during my service call! Plus, we was willing to come to my house early on a Saturday morning because it was the only time that we could be home. Could not have asked for better service! I will defiinitely use this company in the future for any of my electrical needs and will refer anyone who asks to them as well.
