STAY AWAY!!!! This Company cancelled the initial estimate on me 3 times making me drive 90 minutes to the property each time. They finally showed and gave me the typical hard sell "if you sign the contract today..." They gave us a quote so far over market value we should have walked away. But we agreed because of the "70 year history in the industry" We thought we were buying a service from a company with integrity. They took an immediate $18K deposit on a $55K project. I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project. This contract was binding on us but, in their words, was not binding on them because "there's a clause in the fine print that allows them to cancel" THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY and I STILL NEED A ROOF Stay away from this company. No integrity No responsibility Unreliable Over priced Will take your money and keep it

Don’t use this company. They will not return phone calls. They broke front screen door and won’t replace the door or do anything for that matter. They will take your money and run.

Hired Long Bath for a master shower remodel, which required plumbing and electrical updates per county permits. Despite a $20,000 contract promising high-quality materials, they used inferior products and breached our agreement. Unqualified personnel conducted electrical work without permits, risking safety and regulatory compliance. After insisting, permits excluding electrical work were obtained, likely to evade inspections. Months later, a permit marked "No electrical work required" led to project delays and was eventually permit abandoned. In November 2024, dismantling exposed hazardous electrical installations, posing serious risks. Corrective actions took over 300 days, with significant construction flaws prompting an inspection cancellation. Long Bath's refusal to rectify damages or restore my home underscores their seeming negligence and disregard for safety, urging buyer caution.

We paid Long Home Products $10,000 to replace several of our windows. When the install team came, they installed the windows and told us we needed to hire a separate contractor to replace some rotted wood under the windows. When we hired a second contractor, they showed us that Long Home had done major damage to our home (the windows were in a basement and Long Home crumbled concrete blocks around our foundation to install the windows). Long Home also installed the windows into the drywall with nothing anchoring them in. This meant the windows were falling out of the frame just a few weeks after they were installed. It cost several thousand dollars and took a week to repair the damage. Our contractor took pictures of the damage Long Home did and documented what was done wrong so we could contact Long Home and ask for them to reimburse us. It's been several weeks since we reached out to Long Home about this with no resolution.

Shoddy workmanship and won't stand behind their work or warranty. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I am paying another contractor to replace my 6 year old roof done by Long. They refused to fix the problems.

I spoke with Cierra G and she answered all my questions about Long’s tub to shower conversions . She was very nice and if I decide to go with Long Bath , I’ll be asking for Cierra !

I requested a roof quote and had to cancel soon after I booked. These guys spam like anything, you get 2 to 4 calls every day from different numbers no matter what you do with them. These guys are irrational and intolerable as operators. Please dont request any quotes or inspections from them or any work doing with them, they spam your phone every day with multiple calls and multiple times, no sense of respect for your time

I can't speak to the work this company does. I didn't contract them to do my roof replacement after sitting through a 1.5 hour, high-pressure sales pitch. After throwing out a ridiculous first number, they proceeded to apply a series of "discounts," with the only realistic price requiring that I commit immediately. They even called their office the way a car salesman would "go talk to their manager." Who does this kind of stuff anymore?

Not well. They first brought a security door with no bars in it. Then the door they finally put on a door that did not have the correct lock. Then the lock on the door would not let my patio screen shut. It took months for the problem to be resolved. Through it all ms Bostic was very professional very compassionate and very helpful..she would call with updates to letme know what was happening..I may not use long again but I would gladly work with Ms Bostic anytime. The best thing long has going for it is Ms Bostic. In fact if they had more employees like her I probably would have had my door much sooner The best thing long has going for them is Ms Bostic a stellar employee.

Ordered a sliding glass door through Long Products. Got a phone call today from Tim H that my door was in. He was very professional, friendly and super responsive. Very happy with this company!!

I sent an email to the longhomeproducts.com website on Thursday evening at 11:45pm informing them I have a leak in my bedroom. I received a call the next morning acknowledging my message and provided additional details. I received another call at 9:42 am informing me their team is on the way to examine the issue. Geo and Tim arrived at my house a little before 10:00 am. I showed them the areas with water leakage. They checked my roof and informed me that I had raised shingles and the areas around the stack pipes were not caulked. The scheduling of the removal and replacement of the damaged area is pending, but both Geo and Tim were professional, kind, knowable, documented the damaged areas of my roof, showed me pics of the damaged areas and explained to me what would be done to fix the problem. I look forward to having the work done.

The estimator arrived on time, was very efficient and gave us an estimate on the spot. The materials were delivered on time and the contracting crew came the next day and installed the roof. The crew was very hard working and finished the job to our satisfaction. The roof looks great!

I am a 65 year old disabled veteran taking care of my 95 year old mother. We went with Long Roofing thinking we would have a professional experience. Furthest thing from the truth. Install was bad. No communication between anyone in the company to resolve issues. Repair/replace has been pursued since install in November of 2018. Company has refused to acknowledge mistakes even after numerous "inspections", a large number of photos and independent inspector I had to hire at my expense to validate my issues. I have had to go through more than The company seems too busy to take care of their customers correctly. I am still in the process of trying to get my roof fixed from their install and it is March of 2019.

I had my old single pane windows replaced about 5 years ago. The Long crew was punctual and professional. They made all of the correct measurements, and the crew installed them with no issues on the scheduled day. The new windows are absolutely beautiful and I never feel that awful draft in the winter that I used to. Fast forward, and several of them have developed seal leaks. Lifetime warranty in hand, I called and was even more impressed. In seconds, the representative had all of my window measurements in front of him. He asked which windows had issues, and immediately placed an order for replacements. I couldn't ask for more, and will look for ways to send business their way in the future.

Would not call this company again. Asked for an estimate, they came out, thought the job would be a problem so they never contacted me back with an estimate. They think they are too good for their own business and have so much business they don't bother to call you back.

Long Fence installed about 500 feet of 5 board estate style wooden fencing for us. We had gotten 2 other estimates from top rated Angie’s List providers, but frankly, their numbers were too high for what we wanted. It’s just a fence. The installation team arrived 15 minutes late, but they worked throughout the day, and finished the job in one day. The cleaned up afterwards. I’m happy with the job they did.

They showed up quickly to give me an estimate, and helped me figure out what exactly I needed. When they showed up to build the fence, they did it all in one day and it is perfect.

The repair went well; I am very pleased with the result. There was a delay of a few weeks between when I got the estimate & paid the deposit, and when they actually came out to do the work. The first time they came out to our house they had the wrong supplies and had to go back to retrieve the correct ones. Those were minor issues, though; overall everything went well.
