From start to finish All Aspects staff were amazing!! The initial inspector was very thorough and incredibly respectful. The second inspector came through to ensure that the work could be done as our house was built in 1920 - they fully explained all components of what to expect and how it would be done. On the day of the actual work being done - the team showed up on time and were amazing! They again explained all components of what would be done and the time line. They were finished in 2 days! They cleaned up all dust - really wonderful. I would highly recommend All Aspects to anyone who is looking to have their basement waterproofed.

All Aspects Waterproofing (AAW) recently installed a pressure relief system (French drain) in my basement/family room. The whole process was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Jaime, who came to assess what I needed done and write the contract, was quite knowledgeable about the work. He answered my questions with expertise about the process, and he exuded a strong sense of credibility. There was no "sales pressure". The work crew did an excellent job. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day; and, there was no residual dust or dirt because they isolated the work area so well. The crew chief, Ellie, showed great patience and answered my many questions in detail. The people I spoke with on the phone were cordial. Nelson, the operations contact took time with me post-install to thoroughly explain things I had questions about. We have had one big rain since my drain was installed, and so far so good! I recommend AAW for anyone who has need of such services.

Robert Ellis spent a considerable amount of time evaluating my home, including existing drainage systems and sump pumps, and providing advice on preventing water infiltration. Ultimately, he advised against immediately installing a new sump pump in an area of my home that was problematic recently, but I would not hesitate to use All Aspects if the need arises in the future considering the company's honesty and helpfulness.

I left a message over the weekend and got a return call on Monday. The appointment was scheduled within a few days of my initial call and it was extremely helpful. Jamie arrived promptly and spent quite a lot of time walking around our property. He carefully examined our yard, adjacent areas, and the grading around our home. We were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He pointed out problems outside our house that need to be corrected before having waterproofing done inside. We are in the process of making those changes and will contact All Aspects Waterproofing when we are ready to have the waterproofing work done.

All Aspects Waterproofing did an amazing job! Everyone form our wonderful inspector (Robert Ellis) to the install team were professional and courteous. The Job was performed in a timely manner, and exceeded my expectations in quality. It simply could not have been done any better.

Turns out did not need any work done by the company. After I exposed wall covered by paneling I discovered old open pipe causing the problem. Estimator/evaluator Robert Ellis helped me find the problem and professionally explained all the waterproofing angles.

Met with Mr. Robert Ellis, Inspector, who described in detail to me what would be involved with the project, the cost involved, and the timeframe to complete the work. In addition, Robert advised me of various options which ultimately saved me a lot of money and gave me a contact in their service department, Mr. Kenneth (Kenny) Ferguson, who just happened to be the company's Service Manager. After all the parts arrived I was surprised to see that Kenny himself came to my home to install the pump on time when he said he'd be there. I can not adequately put into words how impressed I was with Kenny's work. He was efficient, totally thorough, and very professional in completing the job. Also, even though Kenny ran into an unforeseen issue (sump pit overly dirty) with my installation, he rectified the situation ( a dirty job) quickly and without complaint. I felt so bad I offered to pay more for the work but Kenny refused and said it was just part of the company's policy to keep customers happy. How cool is that in this day and age of deception and greed with so many other contractors/companies. I've been a homeowner for over 40 years and have never been treated with such dignity and respect by a service company. I was so overly impressed with both these gentleman that I recommended this company to my son who needed a complete basement waterproofing job on his home! (He immediately signed them up.) I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend All Aspects Waterproofing for all your home waterproofing needs.

Unlike the three previous contractors who assessed our problem, the All Aspects inspector took one look at the water marks in our basement carpet and immediately asked where was the water main coming into the house. I directed him to a removable panel in a nearby wall. He removed the panel, put his hand on the water main and followed it down to where it entered the house. "This pipe has a very slow leak," he said. The water had been going under the carpet - drop by drop - and eventually worked its way to the middle of the room where it decided to come up through the carpet. I asked him if he could fix it, but since he was a microbiologist, not a plumber (really - a microbiologist), he said I'd have to call a plumber. He was also kind enough to take a look at my house's interior and exterior to determine the likelihood of any drainage problems. He concluded that my house is not a candidate for a hydrostatic pressure problem or any other drainage issue. HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING! This guy was a magician! He was quick - thorough - and honest. My plumber fixed the leak for $250 and our insurance paid for the water damage repairs. The three contractors who assessed the problem before All Aspects got there wanted $9,000 - $10,000 to jackhammer the concrete in my basement and install a pump and a trench around its perimeter. That would have been a lot of inconvenience, noise, dirt, and MONEY for nothing. And insurance would not cover it. THANKS All Aspects !!!

We dealt with Robert Ellis! Very good experience! He was very detailed and focused on our job. He informed us of what we needed in detail. Never felt pressured by him. He inspected the basement was very thorough. He was able to provide instant feedback on the work that had been done previously. He was detailed in letting us know the work that needed to be done and how it would be done. He was very polite and respectful of our input and questions. He wanted to make sure that we understood the value of his companies services.

Excellent. They were done most of the work the first day, and spent the first half of the second day mostly doing another coat and some touching up. It all turned out great.

Jamie came to look - and even though he determined that it was not their type of work, he still spent significant time looking at everything with me and giving me ideas about what needed to be done and what would help. I really wish I could hire All Aspects, because I was so very impressed with Jamie and his advice.

Excellent! We had water coming into our basement. The work was done in April. It is now July and we have had several substantial rains that, in the past, would have resulted in water in our basement. Now, the basement is completely dry.

Absolutely the best customer service we have experienced as Jeff came out on two different occasions to explain how a crack can happen and also what the repair process was. He wasn't pushy, but told us what to look for so that we could properly plan for the estimated two day repair. We wanted to get estimates from other companies, but nobody responded to our requests and after some additional research we concluded that the estimate we received was in the ballpark of what we expected. On the day of the repair it was a 3 man team who worked amazingly hard to dig by hand 8 feet deep with care not to disturb the landscaping any more than necessary. They encountered some extra water from a rain storm a couple days prior that hadn't moved away from the foundation yet and pumped it out before continuing with the repair. Once the work was completed they filled all the holes and graded the area away from the house to provide better water drainage. We thought the repair would be two days, but it was finished in one day.

The inspector that came - Steve - was exceptionally professional. He came on time, was very thorough in his assessment, was very clear in explaining about where the water may be coming from, using language that I was able to understand. He didn't at any point try and oversell but rather gave a range of possible issues and relevant corrective actions. After inspecting the outside of the house he also noted and suggested one remedial action that may ultimately solve the problem, without work being needed. It is possible that this remedial action will solve the leak and as such we will not require any work to be undertaken, however if it doesn't work and we need work done in our basement I would call this firm immediately based on how professional and honest they were.

Robert Ellis was incredibly helpful in making the possible causes of the moisture issues easy to understand.

It went well. The representative Robert Ellis clearly explained the system and the process for installing it. He used pictures and a video so I would know what the problem was and how the system would improve it. (I also appreciated that he took some time to allow my dog to get used to his presence.) The team doing the work showed up on time and the team leader walked me through what they would be doing. They did a good job of containing the dust and cleaning up inside and outside. When they were done, the team leader walked me through what had been done and explained when I could put things back in place. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. It was a positive experience.

I would highly recommend All Aspects. We really had a great experience with them. We had a few different waterproofing companies come out to talk to us to address the flooding issues we were having with our basement. All Aspects was the most fairly-priced and most practical in the work they recommended we do. Some companies insisted that we have the entire perimeter of the house done even though the back of the house is on a downward slope and all the water was getting in from the front of the house where the hill flows down into the front wall of the house - we would have had to tear up a bathroom and a bunch of tile to install it which would have cost us thousands of dollars to get repaired after the system was installed. Clarence came out to look at our property (we have kind of an unusual property on a hill behind a ravine) and explained what he recommended very clearly. He gave us a lot of advice and explained what he thought was happening and what we could do to fix it. He did not try to pressure us like other companies did which we really appreciated. We were already very stressed out about the situation with the house but he really made us feel comfortable and at ease. He said he thought they could try to run a gravity feed instead of using a sump pump since our property was on a hill and wrote it in the contract that they would try to do that. Soon after our initial meeting with Clarence there was a very heavy rainstorm that blew out a massive hole in the middle of our yard. We realized we needed to address drainage issues outside of our house first and scheduled that work to be done. So we didn't actually call All Aspects to schedule the work until around 10 months later. They were very understanding and Clarence came back out to make sure nothing had changed and we put down a deposit and scheduled the work to be done. I was amazed that they were able to complete the job in only one day! My husband stayed home to meet them in the morning but he was able to feel comfortable enough to go to work for a little while and come back. When I got home it was done and the concrete was drying! They assured us their work was guaranteed but we have not had any water problems in our basement since and have just finished replacing the drywall and getting the new floor installed over the slab. We couldn't be happier!

I seriously could not have wished for anything better. They came and went and did a massive job in one day with so much less muss and fuss than I imagined. They were very professional and did fast, good, careful work. My house remains dry, and the process of literally dredging a finished basement down below the foundation went with so much less mess and fuss, I was amazed.

We had been had water leaking from the bottom of the fireplace in the basement. I interviewed a few contractors from different companies and decided to use the services of All Aspect. Kenny shown up on time, inspected the cause of the leaking and described the problem to me clearly and professionally. So we decided to let the company to do the job. The crew shown up on time early of the day. They did very good and clean job. They used plastic curtain to prevent the dust to other areas of the house which is very nice. The inspector, Steve, spent time with us explaining the system and quoted us a price that compared favorably to other estimates we had received. We were initially scheduled for about a month out, but we let them know we would take an earlier date if anything came up, and sure enough they let us know of a cancellation and we got the system installed much faster. The work was completed in two days. The crew was very professional. The company even adjusted the price downward when they realized during the installation that the system couldn't be configured quite the way it was quoted to us. Since the installation we haven't seen any water in the basement! My only complaint is that I had to do a little additional work myself removing some wood that showed black mold, even though they had said they would do removal if the work exposed any mold.
