Response from All Aspects Waterproofing
We provided the member with an inspection, recommendations, and professional free advice regarding the member's project. We made suggestions that included having a structural engineer conduct an inspection and review the integrity of the foundation. An engineer should review the project, provide recommendations, and an engineer's report including a scope of work. Any estimates could be provided based on the engineer's report and recommendations. After a more thorough review, by our project manager, we felt the member would be best served by a different contractor, a brick mason. A mason would be best suited for matching the detailed brick work and best be able to provide the member with a professional, quality product meeting the desired expectations. We apologize for the members perception that we were unprofessional. We always want to be professional, looking out for the best interests of our customers and being sure their project is completed in a professional workman like manner, whether performed by All Aspects Waterproofing or another contractor. The statement made by the member "doing little work and overcharging" appears to have been made out frustration and emotion. The statement is inaccurate and unfair. We provide all of our customers with fair and ethical pricing, as reflected in our previous Angies List reviews. We wish the member well with their project and look forward to assisting all ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS.
