Description of Work: After being fed up with years of basement flooding everytime it rained for an extended period of time (several hours or more), we contacted All Aspects Waterproofing for an initial assessment of the problem. All Aspects diagnosed the problem due to lack of proper drainage and provided a fair estimate. After delving into the work, it was discovered the existing home (built in 2000) was without drainage except for one small corner of the perimeter which was sorely insufficient. It is unknown how the home passed inspection/code when it was constructed (we are the 2nd owner). All Aspects is top notch and I recommend them highly. Homeowner in Huntingtown, Maryland.

I am impressed with their professionalism. Somehow, they put the sump pump in a wrong location. As soon as I spoke with a person in charge, they fixed right away. I have called them several times to ask about maintenance. They are always polite and explain how the pumps work in plain English. They are great.

Description of Work: Came to provide an estimate on some seepage coming through the underground wall in my basement. The man who came was professional and provided a good explanation of what was causing the problem. He indicated that the only way to fix it is to put a rubber membrane against the outside part of the wall, which would require part of my concrete driveway (which goes along the side of the house) to be dug up. This would be a very costly thing to do. He recommended that since the problem is not leading to water in the home (just a bit of dampness and some issues with paint on inside cinder blocks) and is not causing mold, that I should not do anything now since it will take decades before it is a problem. He said that if I had mold in the house, it would be a problem that should be taken care of immediately. He spent probably 45 minutes at my home despite the fact that he told me to save my money!

Description of Work: This was the second company I called to help me with a water leak from my basement foundation. Their quote was $17,000! Zeek came to my house and was outstanding. Zeek listened to my information, previous diagnoses and troubleshooting attempts, he then cut a small access panel in the wall of my basement and found the problem! A leak from the main water supply into the house. I fixed it myself for under $300 and have been bone dry ever since; even through with the resent record rain amounts! I can't thank Zeek and All Aspects WP enough. A true honest company.

Description of Work: They took care of water problems in the crawl space under my home. Relocated an existing sump pump,added a new sump pump, added gravel and applied new covering to floor and enlarged opening to crawl space. I would highly recommend All Aspects and thought they did an excellent job. It has given me piece of mind knowing that the crawl space is dry.

Description of Work: Having previously done some waterproofing on part of my basement using another provider (that also did a good job) we kind of knew what to expect and what kind of costs we would face. We had a major water event in our basement about four years ago that flooded in almost entirely along the front of our house and we had that entire front perimeter waterproofed using both inside and outside drainage and sump pump systems. This time the water came in through the back of the house. All Aspects sent an inspector and judged that the best approach for this entry would be an outside "dig, seal, and drain". The rear of the house was a difficult area to work in because a good deal of the rear of the house is beneath a large deck, but they were able to complete the work without having to disturb the deck at all. While they were doing the outside work the team foreman noted that the adjacent area under a concrete garage floor that also adjoined the sidewall of the house might eventually be a problem. His observation unfortunately proved prophetic, and shortly after that we had another (much smaller) water incursion from that rear sidewall corner. All Aspects came back and further evaluated the situation and they installed additional interior drainage (under the basement floor and sidewall foundation) that they were able to tie into the original sump pump system. At this point almost the entire perimeter of the house has new drainage and hopefully we will not have any more floods. | |We found All Aspects inspectors, workmen, office staff etc. all very professional. They were very responsive in both cases and completed the work quickly. Considering the amount of digging and jackhammering of concrete they had to do they were very careful and neat and the areas were as cleaned up as possible after they completed the work. A good deal of our basement area is finished (and refinished) and they were very meticulous about protecting those spaces with plastic sheeting both to keep the dust down and avoid tracking in dirt from outside. | |They have a practical lifetime guarantee on the work they did (that I hope we will not have to use). I would happily recommend them to anyone having the misfortune of needing this type of protection. If I ever bought or built another house I would be very careful to make sure it had proper drainage installed beforehand.

Description of Work: Steve met with my husband and looked over the water problem. He urged us to try some more remedial measures before considering extensive waterproofing measures on the outside of the house. The damage in the basement will have to be repaired once we find our water source but not until then. We were very impressed by this contractor and will use him in the future as well as recommend the company to others.

Description of Work: Was having problems with water getting into the house. Zeke came over to give me an estimate. He was very thorough, and identified the problem (which is something that no other contractor had been able to do!). Zeke said that I could save $500 if I fixed it myself. He gave me a very detailed explanation of how to fix the problem. He said to give him a call if it didn't work. The next day, I got up on the roof and fixed the problem. Haven't had a repeat since.

Description of Work: All Aspects Waterproofing gets an A+. Their rep was knowledgeable and articulate. He talked me out of doing a job his company would have done. He answered all my questions, and then added some additional information when he thought it helpful. I would hire them to do any waterproofing job.
