Description of Work: Firstly, they discovered we had asbestos tiles - so we had to get them removed. Then, they did the sump pump work, and all that it entailed. It went extremely well, and the end result looks great. The guys were very professional, quiet, tidy. I can't answer your price question - don't know what other companies charge. Thank you for introducing me to this company.

Description of Work: Treatment for Mold in my Basement due to leak inside of HVAC system. Steve came out and provided an estimate for treatment and suggestions. Once the HVAC system was replaced I called to schedule for work to be done, met with Steve to go over the contract of work, made the deposit, signed the contract. He said that I would receive a call from Nelson a day or two prior to the job. Nelson called on Nov 30th and left a voice mail but when I called back it was late and he had departed for the day. He returned my call early the next morning on Dec 1st. Although my appointment was set for the nxt day, if I was going to be available later in the day the technician could come by and start the prep work. Kenny came at 3PM, went over the Scope of work according to the contract,and answered all my questions. Said that he would return at 9AM the next day.The area that was being worked on was contained, covered, zipped, taped. The next morning Kenny and his crew of two other men came at 9AM. They started the demolition process. Removal of Existing shelving, drywall, they sanded down a wooden stand that could not be removed due to hot water heater on it, then treated it with a kilz. obvious signs of mold, All cardboard, paper, stuffed animals, canvas & basically things that couldnt be wipe down are things that I did not keep that mold spores of all. They wiped down the area - Area was clean-Then wiped down the belongings - then cleaned everything with the solution before moving to the clean area. Kenny was knowledgeable and informative, he let me know of what areas to keep an eye on and what needed to keep mold away. I was very impressed with great customer service and workmanship and communication that All Aspects provided when they serviced and installed a new Sump pump last year, that I knew who to call to get another job well done So I chose them to do the Mold removal.

Description of Work: Installed almost 90 ft of drain, including a sump pump, 2 floor drains and a window well drain in basement. The salesman, Jamie Seymour explained the process very clearly and was prompt in getting back to me with answers to several questions. The crew leader, Eliel, also was very thorough in discussing where the sump pump should go and how each step would be completed. They did a good job of covering items still in the basement to protect from the dust made in breaking up the existing concrete floor, and they were careful not to disturb the existing plumbing.

Given the amount of labor those guys did, the price seems right. | |A more detailed report: My basement had been "waterproofed" in April 2015 by another company that subsequently would not honor their 20-year warranty to repair any leaks. In June and July 2015, water leaked into our basement and mold grew on our drywall. After the first company refused to come by and inspect the leaking and mold, I called All Aspects. Jeff, from All Aspects, came out to our property and said that previous waterproofing (applying sealant and a film to the two outer walls) did not stop the water because the problem was that water was coming from below. Sure enough, when All Aspect's workmen opened up the walls, water could be seen on the base of the cinder block foundation all around the basement so it appears they correctly diagnosed the problem. All Aspects stayed in touch throughout the process and always responded if I had questions. They are some of the most courteous people I have encountered during the rehab of my house. After my bad experience with the first basement drainage company, I could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend All Aspects.

Description of Work: We had a poor waterproofing job done by another company, and asked AA to come out and take a look. We'd already paid for one full waterproofing job, and due to a somewhat complicated situation the other company wasn't going to repair their work, nor were they going to pay for the job to be redone. After listening to our situation and the struggles we'd been through with flooding issues that had been going on for over a year, Angelo was very empathetic and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we could not only get the work done, but not be left swamped in debt afterwards. | |The work was completed in five days, and it was obvious from the start how much better quality the system was than what we'd originally had installed. The french drain was completely redone, the old sump pump replaced and a second one added to the opposite corner in the basement. A Speedy drain was added at the basement door, and proper drainage systems were added to the three recessed windows. | |We are very grateful for everything AA has done for our family, and we can rest easy knowing that our basement isn't going to flood every time it rains!

Description of Work: Met with me, explained what was needed, why, and why it was different from what the previous company recommended. hard to swallow $20k when the previous company said $7.5k, but Jeff explained why, and why what was recommended would not solve my problem. Clearly, he convinced me. they showed up on time, completed the work as stated, and finished a day early. the earth around my entire basement was removed by hand--men with shovels, tar and 7-layer plastic seal applied, French drain and sump pump installed, dry wall removed and the interior of walls treated for mold. one year on, the basement is dry, no musty smell, and will remain that way. very pleased.

Description of Work: All Aspects installed a full sump pump system in our basement. We've had extensive water issues in our basement since we bought the house 2 years ago. Since the installation our basement has been totally dry! Some of the workers were a bit careless on my property but All Aspects apologized and corrected the issue. They were very responsive and professional. I'd recommend them and their sump system.
