All Aspects sent one of their estimators out to my home to advise and give an estimate for curing a problem with water in my foundation pad ductwork following heavy rains. He did not undesrtand in advance that I had a townhome rather than a single family home. Following inspection he checked with oiffice and got back to me the same day, advising me later in the day that their standard solutiuon to this issue on a single family home was to circle the home with trench and drainage pipes directing water farther out from the homes to drywells, channeling water away from the foundation. However; given the fact I had a townhome, not enabling them to circle the entire home, I was better off securing a plumber to dig a hole in a hidden area in my foundation pad inside my home and install a sump-pump to pump water out of the entrapped ground area under the pad if the water table rose to fill the cast ductwork in the foundation via cracks. I was very impressed with their honest response and referral.

It was excellent. They were very confident and quick. They were clean as well. They did a superb job.

The individual they sent was very professional and personable. He was knowledgeable about the work. The estimate they provided was reasonable considering the spectrum of estimates we received. They did come in second for the job, but ultimately, we used a different company. They were prompt and professional as well.

They were pretty good and explained things really well. They gave me an estimate which was a little higher than a few other people that I had gotten. Overall they had a good amount of information and were very comfortable about the job they would be doing. They were also on time for the appointment.

I was looking for a company that installed battery backup sump pumps and I came across All Aspect Water Proofing. I called to get a estimate on what I wanted to have done and they were very professional and knowledgeable of the products and made a good recommendation of what I needed and gave me a price in the ball park I thought it would cost to have the work done. I set and day and a time for the installation in which the tech called before arriving and was on time. The tech was courteous and professional and explained the details to me on what needed to be done. The job took around an hour to complete. I would also like to say that I was very satisfied and pleased with the work that was performed and I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if I am in need of the type of services they provide.

They guy was incredibly knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and how his company would do it. He was very low pressure with his tactics and encouraged us to do more researching in looking at other companies. I was pretty impressed that he did all of that. He was incredibly fast. He was here 15 minutes early and was just sitting in his car waiting to come in. I went out and told him he could come in early. Considering where we live, it is pretty impressive that someone is at some place 15 minutes early. His professionalism was excellent. He has a particular method of doing things. I don?t know if we can use that method. However, if we get to compare them with another company doing the exact same method, perhaps we will use them. Another company came out and they had a different way of doing things. I am not sure which way we are going to go.

Overall the process went fairly well. As with any large scale project there are pros and cons. Here is my list of pros and cons for All Aspects Waterproofing: Pros *All Aspects is a certified mold remediator which was important to me since I have allergies and a young infant. I saw a small amount of mold in my home, but liked knowing that All Aspects would be remediate ALL mold in my basement prior to starting the job. *Company provided a work date within 3 days of my call. *The job was slated to take 3-4 days and was finished in two. *The crew was on time. I was told that the crew would arrive at 8am each day. The first day the team arrived at 9am (they were scheduled to arrive at 8am). Note:the company called the day before to acknowledge that the team would arrive at 9am. On the second day the time arrived at their originally scheduled time of 8am. *Prior to the start of the job I removed all of my damaged carpet and padding from my flooded basement. Although the company did not remove it themselves they still hauled away the material at the end of the job. *At the end of the job my floors were "broom clean" as specified in my contract. The floors were cleaner then I had ever seen them (at least before the flooding came and damaged everything). *Work comes with a lifetime warranty (even if the home sells to someone after me) and sump pumps have a 5 year warrantly. Cons * All Aspects was the most expensive out of all of the estimates I received. I received 3 other estimates aside from the estimate All Aspects provided and most were at least $2-000-3,000 less. Although their proce was the most expensive they did offer mold remidiation (which other companies did not) and I loved the fact that they offered a lifetime warranty on the work. *There was very little information shared during the process and my project manager was never on site. Unless I missed him or he just didn't stop in to say something during the project. it would have been nice to get a report of the work or the progress of the project as it was happening. *I had to dispute the figures that were initially given to me for the project and after bringing it to my project managers attention I still was not given the correct figure. The one bright side is that I was able to negotiate the price down since I am a new home owner that barely has any money as it is. *The supervisor on the project (who is actually different than the project manager) did not have my negotiated price on his paperwork which was a bit concerning because I was questioned about the fund/check I provided. The proper figure should have been given to the supervisor so that it would not have been a potential issue. I would have rated All Aspects with an A had it not been for the financial aspects of everything. Overall the process went well and I would use them again or recommend them to friends if they wanted a good company. If anyone from All Aspects reads this posting please note that I have already referred your company's name to someone. I hope that serves as an indication of how pleased I was with your service.

They scheduled four days and completed the work in two and a half days. They were on time, on budget and absolutely the perfect contractor in every way. I can now remodel the basement w/o the prospect of moisture creating a problem in the future.

You could not be in better hands with All Aspects Waterproofing! The AAW salesman spent more time than the two other bidders examining my basement. One bidder even pressured me to describe what his competition promised, then belittled them, but the AAW man was completely professional, with thorough explanations of what he planned to do and why. They were on schedule throughout the job. When I was unable to empty my basement in time, they finished the job for me to maintain the promised start date. When I asked that some demolition (ripping out drywall and built-in bookcases) be included in the project, they did that for the original quote. (I should note that all crew members were employees, not pick-up labor.) When they found a serious foundation problem, they stopped work for safety reasons, and explained the problem. They bid on a repair technique, but urged me to get an engineer's recommendation. When I chose a different technique/company for that specific problem, they were profesionally gracious. When I reported that the foundation repair was complete, they returned immediately to finsh the waterproofing project. The foundation repair company used a broom to clean up after themselves--the dust cloud rose all the way up to the first floor. In contrast, AAW was scrupulous about dust contamination issues, and used air vacuum equipment to protect my home as well as their own employees. AAW also applied mold/mildew abatement treatments throughout. AAW laid plastic sheets from front door to basement (the foundation repair people had to be asked to do that), and they removed all debris as part of their service. When the low-price sump pump I had selected acted up, they responded immediately, and upgraded the replacement at no cost. This is a dream company. Would that all home improvement/repair contractors were like them.

They are very reliable, clean and did an excellent job.
