All Aspects Waterproofing

Wonderful- all work done in one day. Landscaping protected. Area cleaned up when they were done.

Shortly after buying our house we discovered water in the basement. We consulted with 3 basement waterproofing companies who all proposed similar solutions but we felt most at ease after talking with Steve from All Aspects. Steve truly was an expert in his field. He took the time to fully educate us first time home owners on how our foundation was allowing water into the basement and how the drains and sump pump system was the most effective long term solution to our problem. The whole team at All Aspects was very easy to communicate and schedule with. The crew came out finished the job in 1 day just as promised. They tore down the walls, dug up the floor, installed the drains and pump, laid new concrete that perfectly aligned with the original floor, and cleaned everything up and left it spotless!

Jeff is on time. He checked the water spot and find the pipe leaking. Great experiences working with the company.

Clarence was easy to schedule appointment, receive estimate and schedule work for completion. Nelson's team was on time, friendly and efficient. Scope of work was scheduled for two days but the team was able to complete in 1 day.

All Aspects is great. Communication was very easy. The job took the amount of time they said it would, and the area was spotless when they were finished. They also found a third crack and filled it when they were doing to the other two at no extra cost. We've had a lot of heavy rain since the project was completed with no issues. All Aspects offers 0% interest financing through Enerbank, which is what we elected to do. Working with them is very easy as well.

Went very well. Kenny was very responsive. A few minor issues were handled as needed. Would hope to never need their type of services again for our home but would refer them to others.

The "catch" was, because our old house (built in the late 50's) basement was wall to wall tiled in what was 99.9% sure to be asbestos based tile, the tile around the perimeter undergoing the work had to be removed first, before All Aspects could begin their waterproofing process. For that work I chose Maryland Cleaning and Abatement (who also did a great job). Once the abatement work was done, the crew from All Aspects got right on the job performing the waterproofing work. Frankie and crew were very through with doing the best they could "sealing" the rest of the basement from the work area, keeping most of the dust and debris contained and quickly demoed out the concrete, fitted the sump and drain lines, and prepped for re-concreting the removed areas. My job had an extra complication as I was remodeling a bathroom in the basement which needed some new rough-in work to be performed in parallel with already having that part of the slab removed for the waterproofing work. Nelson at All Aspects was very easy to work with and help coordinate this effort, the left that portion of the flooring exposed for the plumbers to come in and do their work, then followed up a few days later (for a small extra charge) to complete the drain tube/gravel installation and finish up the concrete work. BTW, Frankie's concrete finishing was fantastic, perfectly smooth, flat and flush with the existing flooring. For a relatively "invasive" process, All Aspects were quick, friendly, flexible, and did excellent work and very thorough clean up - all in all a pleasure to work with.

We were thoroughly impressed with All Aspects. From the initial consultation through the final inspection, they were professional, knowledgeable, organized, respectful of our property and of our wallets. Shout outs to Jeff, Dorothy, Kenny and Frankie (+ crew) for doing a great job!

Everything went according to schedule on time and completed. The job was done in two days including inspection for the permit. Job well done!

It turned out my issue in the basement was not as bad as I thought but I would refer these folks to anyone.

As a first time home-owner, I'm not always sure of who to call for what, but when our basement got suspiciously wet and moldy and we didnt see an obvious plumbing issue we called All Aspects. Turns out, it was 100% a plumbing issue - but the my call was returned immediately, an appt for the next day was set up, and the serviceman arrived within the promised window to check out our issue (calling twice to update me on times!). And, I got a follow-up call to make sure we were happy, even though the problem didn't warrant their service. Fantastic customer service all around.

Steve came out and instead of immediately trying to sell me an entire new system as others had, he took the time to look around, run a few test and get some idea why the current system is failing. He gave me a couple of suggestions and we talked about what to do if the suggestions don't work. I will call him the next time it rains if the basement gets wet and move forward with more aggressive solutions.

We were very pleased all in all with the work. The only problem as such was that they had estimated the job based on the number of hours it was going to take and it surprised everyone that it took much less time. They said that is the way they calculate it. Sometimes it benefits the customer, sometimes it benefits them. They thought it was going to take a day but they got it done in half a day. It based on how long it will take to dig, but they was able to dig it easier than they thought.

Very Well. I received an estimate from Jeff Basham of All Aspects three years prior and he was kind enough to honor the price estimate that he had originally provided. I also found them less expensive than several other waterproofing companies that had provided me quotes. The other thing that I would like to point out is that also perform mold remediation. Other water proofing companies who I spoke to told me that I needed to have mold remediation done first (ServPro was recommended), who did not do a good job. I ended up paying for mold remediation that All Aspects still do as part of their service and they did a much more thorough job. The gentlemen who performed the work were courteous, efficient, and went out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend them.

They were, to the person, very professional and easy to work with. I had always been very suspicious of waterproofers, but All Aspects made us a very clear proposal, told us what we needed to do and, most importantly, what we didn't need to do. They worked with us on the best price for what we really needed, and then they showed up exactly when they were expected and did the job in a timely manner. When they were finished, everything was back in shape, the plants were replaced and everything was clean and tidy. So far, and even with heavy rain, the garage is dry and the basement no longer leaks. Ask me again in the spring, but, as of now, we are very happy and we recommend them without hesitation.

The inspector, Kenny, was right on time and checked our basement crawlspace from corner to corner. After inspecting the exterior wall and running the hose into two specific areas, the leaking areas were found. Kenny explained how these areas could be repaired by us, explained how to complete the small repairs and advised us to make sure that we keep an eye on that area during the next heavy rain. We were relieved because we were ripped off by Mr. Basement because they did $3K in repairs, never found the actual problem (the same area leaked again) and refused to address the problem (under warranty) without charging us again. Next, Basement Systems estimated the needed repairs at $10K (nothing specifically addressed the two leaks) and would not print out the estimate after we mentioned that we were getting at least two more estimates. If any leaks occur in the future, All Aspects Waterproofing will be the only call that we make. Unlike Mr. Basement, All Aspects Waterproofing addressed our concerns, located our problem area, provided a solution and showed us that they cared. Unlike, Basement Systems, All Aspects Waterproofing treated us with respect.

The inspection went very well and I would not even hesitate to call if I required their services. Steve called ahead of time that morning and arrived on schedule. He was extremely personable and professional. After an hour of tests and attempts to pinpoint the cause he came to the conclusion that our basement wasn't in need of any waterproofing. Steve wasn't in a hurry to leave after arriving at his conclusion, but instead seemed more concerned if I was completely convinced with his assessment by offering to due further tests for leaks.

They did a great job, very professional and done in a timely manner. Called back to follow-up and make sure everything was going well.

The actual job went well. The company showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. There was one "issue" with one of the workers who needed to use my bathroom and left it "in disarray". I understand things happen but I would have appreciated more professional and courteous treatment. That notwithstanding, the actual work was done well. All of the employees worked well. I almost didn't know they were there.

All Aspects Waterproofing provided us with EXCELLENT service during our recent job. We're a local real estate agency that helped a homeowner that lives overseas have the basement waterproofed to prepare the home to go back on the market. From his initial consultation to the end of the project, Kenny was extremely professional and knowledgeable to guide us through the process. His responsiveness to our questions and calls for help was outstanding. Throughout the extended project, Dorothy was also a great resource and help. Her continued follow through and calls to check in with us from start to finish made sure that no aspect of the project fell through the cracks. All - Aspects Waterproofing was a trustworthy company that we hope to work with again. We highly recommend them!

Terrible. Came out for an inspection in May. Never heard back from them again. Reminded them in August and gave them a second chance. Finally received an estimate for 20K. Never received any kind of apology. Fine. Received a follow-up call to clarify the estimate and that I would have to hire an engineer to conduct assessment. They could recommend someone they've been working with for years. But, I would have to pay for assessment. How much would that cost me? Couldn't say. You've been working with him for years, could you give me a range? Nope. Will the estimate be any good after assessment? No, they'll have to come out and do a brand new estimate. Then what was the point of the original estimate? This is clearly one of these companies that is a head-scratcher as to how they stay in business. Went with glowing Angie's reviews but hate to say that they completely dropped the ball on me and would never trust them to get anything right.
