Robert was professional and exceptionally thorough he explained the issue in layman’s terms. Assured me that my previous efforts had corrected the issue and I had only to dry out the area . With the caution to keep a close eye on it. And if it did return it would be a minor issue at worst . He then inspected the rest of my home giving me pointers on how to correct things before they became an issue. All this at no charge. Would recommend to family and friends and I don’t recommend contractors.

When I contacted All Aspects they responded right away and worked to get me an estimate appointment that fit my very busy schedule. Jeff showed up right on time and was very polite and friendly but also extremely professional. He took the time to both listen to my concerns and really look at the leaks from inside and outside the house. Jeff knew exactly what the problem was and took the time to explain the issue......even though it wasn't something his company could help me with! He even took the time to test his theory of what was wrong. I truly appreciate the honesty of Jeff and this company. They are very knowledgeable and while I did not use them this time, should I or a friend/family need help with basement waterproofing in the future, I will definitely recommend them.

Excellent work at a very competitive price

A rep came out to look at my house's crawl space for moisture and a possible crawl space encapsulation. He told me that I needed to run my AC more and get crawl space window vents fans (this is in direct contrast to 2 other estimators who independently said that outside air contributes to crawl space moisture). He also discussed burying my downspouts (I thought this was a great idea) and was going to send an estimate. Never heard another word. It seemed like he knew about waterproofing but not about crawl space moisture issues.

Clarence came at beginning of his time window for the estimate. He explained the situation in easy to understand terms. He developed a treatment plan. He left his personal contact information. He was friendly and professional.

The team came out on time the foreman explained to my satisfaction everything they were going to do. They had to drill up the basement concrete floor about 65feet, 50 feet across one wall 12 feet across another wall and 5 feet across another to install the system, the sump pump was a heavy duty submersible pump, very quiet. They put a drain outside of the basement door to prevent the rain water from coming in under the door. They installed a wall system to divert any moisture that would come in through the wall and sprayed a biocide/anti-microbial mold retardant and did a 40/80 wipe down. All this was completed in one day. My basement floor after completion had about a 2 feet area that extended from the wall that had to be cemented the whole 65 feet around the basement, this was expertly done laid smooth and perfect there were no lumps or bumps in my floor. When I came down to look at it, they had to let me in the basement, they had secured the door way so well to prevent the dust from getting into the rest of the house. They also use a blower to blow the dust out. Lastly, the concrete had to set up for 48 to 72 hrs. before the washer and dryer could be moved back into place, Jason my contractor came back in person to make sure my washer and dryer were hooked up right, now that's customer service. My hat goes off to All aspect's water proofing, I recommend everyone give these guys a try, you won't be dissatisfied. Thanks Angie's list!

We received excellent service from all Aspects from the first visit to the end of the work. The company representative carefully listened to our problem (water seeping through our basement wall), explained our options very clearly and helped us confirm what the best solution would be. Based on other quotes we had received, their price and service offering were competitive. The work was tricky because it involved removing a concrete walkway and excavating dirt down to the house footer in a very narrow walkway next to our neighbors' fences. The job was done very professionally and was well-supervised. Everything was left clean at the end. All Aspect was responsive throughout, stuck to the announced time frame and budget. Definitely recommend.

Angelo showed up right on time, reviewed my project and gave me a very clear understanding of what the project would entail. He was very thorough yet extremely personable. The cracks in my walls and floor were fixed, waterproofing was installed (amazingly...never thought my basement would be dry!!!), a bowing overhead beam was replaced with new columns installed for proper support, footers were installed and underpinning of my foundation was completed. The work necessary was completed in record time (less than 3 weeks) and the estimated costs came in on budget. Thanks so much All Aspects for a job well done!

After looking at other reviews and getting a few other quotes, we called All Aspects. Angelo came out right away and did the inspection. He told us exactly what we needed , and didn’t give us a huge sales pitch, which my husband and I appreciated. Having such a huge project done, my husband and I had a ton of questions. Angelo was very patient with us and took the time to explain everything and address our questions. I even called him multiple times before, during, and after the project and he was always willing to hear my questions and re-explain things if needed. The work took two days. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently through the two days. It was a very messy, loud job, which we were warned about, but the crew did a great job cleaning everything up and protecting the rest of our house. We were very pleased with the work done and are so glad we went with All Aspects to have our basement repairs done. I would definitely hire them again!

He took a careful inventory of the situation and the steps that had already been taken and then gave a detailed explanation of our options and his recommendations. Angelo came to inspect our basement which he proceeded to do. As he worked, checking walls with a meter to measure for hidden water and moisture, he supplied us with a wealth of information about home construction, air flow, mold microbes, humidity, and more. He took the time to answer all our concerns in detail with patience and good humor while assuringI us that our house was in good shape, our moisture problems were mild and not near as bad as we feared. Angelo gave us many tips to clean up our air without pushing expensive, unnecessary work. It was refreshing to find an honest businessman.

Rob, the Technician, did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and recommending corrective action. He demonstrated that the underground pipe leading away from the gutter downspout was partially obstructed and causing water to overflow against the house. He recommended a simple solution of snaking out the pipe. This was successful. He acted professionally and honestly and saved me from unnecessary, and expensive work. Great job and I was not charged by All Aspects.

Work was started around 9am and they were finished and cleaned up by 5pm. Instructions about the sump and how the system worked was excellent. Also how to deal with the concrete and how long before we could put flooring back was explained fully. Very professional crew. Any dust and mess was very well contained.

Our basement has flooded several times so I called All Aspects after hours. They returned my call first thing the next morning and were able to set up an estimate on a Saturday - score! Angelo came over and it was clear that he was incredibly knowledgable. After looking at multiple drains that were the source of the flooding, he quickly determined that we would really benefit from a check valve. He explained how those work, as well as more detail about sump pumps and french drains (including the cost). He went on to recommend that we find a good plumber to install the check valve since All Aspects doesn't perform that work. I was very impressed by his honesty and would absolutely hire this team in the future should we need additional work.

I was visited by Kenny, who arrived right on time. He carefully reviewed the situation and proved to me that the problem was with a downspout over the space where the water was contacting the foundation. He even went so far as to assist me in cleaning the gutter at no charge! He also recommended things to do to prevent the situation from recurring and to deal with the discoloration on my basement walls. I was really concerned that someone would try to sell me an expensive "solution" so I am truly happy and grateful for Kenny's honesty and willingness to help. I am also extremely relieved to avoid a costly unnecessary repair. I will recommend this company to anyone who ever needs to remediate a wet basement.

I could not be more impressed with All Aspects Waterproofing throughout the project! Angelo Janouris initially came to inspect our damp basement and provide a quote for the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process in detail, answering all of my questions. While I usually get multiple quotes for a household project before choosing a contractor, I committed to All Aspects on the spot because I felt confident in what Angelo had to say, trusted AAW's reputation (thanks to many stellar Angie's List reviews), and liked the idea of the lifetime warrantly they offer on their jobs. They were able to work with my travel schedule, and gave me an appointment within about 3 weeks, which I really appreciated. The day of, Eliel and his 2 man crew were very prompt, and immediately got to work. Eliel has worked for AAW for 16 years, and was so professional and reassuring. The men carefully covered my entrance hall's floors with both plastic and drop cloths, and blocked off the areas of my basement where they weren't working with plastic sheeting to keep the dust contained. Eliel explained the various steps involved in digging the French drain, covering the walls with waterproof material, and installing the sump pump. The three men were in constant motion, working tirelessly and methodically throughout the day (I'm not even sure they stopped for lunch!) The end result was a beautiful job, and they left my basement tidier than when they arrived. I was amazed that they could complete such a difficult and complex project in a single day. I could not be more pleased!

Job was done about three years ago and I waited until now to write the review. It was a significant job, but let me tell you, All Aspects is worth it!! Steve was the Project Manager. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Reason for the delay: 3 years later and not a single drop of water in the basement!! Job took three days to complete. I can't believe the results. These guys ROCK. Work crew was great. Clean, polite, efficient. My builder friends marvel over the work done. Thanks so much All Aspects. You guys really do treat your client's homes like your own.

Work was done quickly and even with a minor hiccup involving city permits, All Aspects was professional and everything was done as quickly as possible.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and quick to respond. Dorothy called me back immediately with an appointment for the very next day (other companies told me they couldn't get someone there for over a week). Jeff showed up right on time and did a thorough inspection. He found the problem immediately, which turned out to be a malfunctioning condensate pump in our furnace leaking onto the floor - no basement waterproofing required after all. There was no charge for the visit. If we need waterproofing work done in the future, I will certainly call All Aspects.

Someone took my information when I called and said I would get a call back. I received a call back and was hung up on (not sure why, but perhaps there was a bad connection). On the second call, I requested an estimate on water leaking into our basement. The woman was very curt, overall, and told me that it would take over a month to even have someone come out to give us an estimate. One month for just someone to give an estimate: I don't think so. I would not recommend this company.

Had water leaking into basement of our 1915 house. We received 5 estimates and All Aspects was professional and had one of the most reasonable prices to install a drainage system and sump pump in the basement, including necessary permits. Frankie and his crew were punctual and efficient and Frankie explained each step of the work that they were planning on completing each day. Dorothy and Nelson in the office were responsive as issues came up and help resolve them quickly. Would recommend and would use them again.

From the first phone call to All Aspects to the final inspection from the county All Aspects was there being very helpful and attentive. Their work is superb, could not be happier. All Aspects team were respectful of our home and did exactly what they explained to us would be done so we were aware of any noise or dust that might happen. The company was on time and did a great job cleaning up each time they kept our house.

Went very well. The inspector, Steve, is a person with excellent knowledge and high integrity. He took time to examine possible causes and concluded with an honest recommendation. He told me what I need is a plumber. I don't have any water problem, it was the broken sewer pipe in crawl space causing the wetness on the baseboard and the floor of the utility room. I was so grateful for Steve's honesty, and I also want to thank All Aspects Waterproofing for holding such high standard in employing professional like Steve.
