I highly recommend All Aspects. After the major January 2016 snowstorm, I started to notice wetness and mold growing on my basement carpet. I called All Aspects and Steve Maney came out to provide a consultation. He recommended digging trenches and installing a sump pump at the front of the house. Shortly after the consult, I noticed water intrusion in the back of the house! I called All Aspects to sign the contract to have the work done and Steve recommended installing another sump pump in the back of the house. He scheduled the work to be done about a month later (after having received the necessary DC permit). Frankie and a crew of 3 other men showed up on Monday morning to start the work. It took 1.5 days to do the work. The crew was professional and courteous from start to finish. They did a great job and also cleaned up after themselves. All of the work done was clearly explained to me. Having such extensive work done was very nerve wrecking for me, but I feel very confident in the quality of the work All Aspects did. I would use this company again and will recommend to family and friends.

We moved into a new home that was 12 years old. The day after settlement we noticed water in the basement. All Aspects came out and gave us two quotes to repair -- one that was cheaper but not a long term fix and the second one that would cover us for 25 years. We had zero pressure on which option we chose and picked the pricier long term option. They were terrific to work with - on time, polite workers, cleaned up the space - all in all excellent performed from them. While they were there we had them fix the drain from the sump pump to push the water further out in to the yard - it was corrected so nicely it is hard to even see where the work was done. Highly recommend this company.

They did an excellent job and so far there has been no water leaking into our basement. They completed the job efficiently and cleaned up the area so well it was hard to tell they had dug up some of the plants and dirt in the area. Very pleased with their work.

From the moment I called All Aspects Waterproofing to the conclusion of all the basement work my wife and I felt like we were in good hands. Kenny thoroughly explained the process and patiently answered all of our questions. He gave us an honest perspective on what needed to be done to waterproof our basement and now that it is done we have no concerns whenever it rains. The French drain was completed around the whole perimeter of our basement in a timely fashion along with the installation outdoor gutter drain pipes, redo of a window well, sump pumps and some minor grading. The basement perimeter is about 1000 feet and they kept area clean from dust and dirt. I would highly recommend All Aspects for anyone wanting waterproofing done on their home.

.From the sales process to the completion of the work All Aspects was extremely professional. There price was the best of the three quotes I received. The salesman, Jeff, was very detailed in explaining the problem and the work required to correct it. He was very helpful with scheduling the work. They arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. They helped me move a few items that were to heavy for me to move myself. John, the foreman, was explained the work he would be doing and kept me up to date on the progress. The work took 2 1/2 days. They cleaned up every night before they left and at the end of the job. The work was performed to perfection. i would recommend All Aspects to anyone needing waterproofing work.

Last summer we had some extensive mold remediation done in our basement. However, the company did not fix the exterior drainage problem and we were concerned about maintaining a dry basement . We called All Aspects Waterproofing because of its high ratings on Angie's List. Kenny responded immediately and came out to our home to give me an estimate. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done on the interior and exterior of our house to keep the basement dry. He proposed installing a subfloor pressure relief system and showed us a DVD explaining the system. He also noticed that our new sump pump was incorrectly installed with height and slope issues. On the exterior of our house he proposed installing a drainage system to solve the grading problem and measured the areas in the event we decide to have one installed. After interviewing seven other waterproofing companies, I asked Kenny to return for the purpose of posing some additional questions, checking his measurements which could change the number of sump pumps proposed, and meeting my husband who was not present on his first visit. He graciously consented and came out in the evening after a full day's work to help us. Although he did make some changes which would have raised the final price, he kindly retained his original quote, and answered my additional questions. Ultimately we chose another company to do our interior waterproofing because their price for interior waterproofing alone was cheaper. However, we might still consider this company for installing an exterior drainage system later this year. We regret not having found this company last summer when we had the mold crisis because they could have taken care of all our basement waterproofing, interior and exterior, for a fraction of the cost and would be done with this mess by now. .

All went great. Contractor showed on time and was very good at fixing problem. Replaced all bushes that had to be removed to dig hole to fix leak in basement wall. Clean up was excellent. Kenny (All Aspects Waterproofing) came to our home to provide the quote. We met Kenny and his company halfway through our search of companies to diagnose and quote the work to be done. We talked to 5/6 companies that provided basement waterproofing in the area. By the time we met with Kenny we were confident that we knew a little more than when we began about the process. However, Kenny added that extra education we needed to have it all make sense. He was the only one that did not push us into an interior system or exterior system. He educated us about the processes and benefits of each system and left it up to us to make the decision. He did not come with powerpoint presentations, binder after binder or fancy tools to detect moisture levels. There was no bad mouthing of other companies either. Kenny and his candid professionalism and knowledge is what sealed the deal for us. His explanation of what our problem was and suggestions to alleviate them were the only ones that aligned with what we had read from several governmental and educational websites. The material and products that were to be used were easily researched using the product codes provided by All Aspects. We were pleased that when we had questions and wanted to go over the plan and contract in person there was no hesitation on their part to come back out to explain. They expected to be on site for three days and finished in two. They arrived on time and ready to work. The workers were courteous and accommodating to my requests. I was pleased to see that a supervisor came out to inspect their work throughout the day. In addition, Kenny came out to our house both days to ensure that everything was going to plan. Part of the job included removing our front stoop and a portion of our sidewalk. There was a small portion of the sidewalk that was cracked and needed replacement. It was not in the area they planned to replace, however because it was adjacent to it (and would be of little cost to fix) they added it to the job without an extra charge. The work was completed to our expectation and the follow-up attention provided by the office, manager, and Kenny was appreciated.

We had water coming in our basement in 2 locations. I called All Aspects Waterproofing because of the amazing reviews they received on Angie's list. When I called with the issue they told me a manager would call me back which they did and I explained in more detail the issue we were having. I was told they would be sending Jeff out to my house because he lived locally near us. Jeff arrived promptly the day of the appointment. He spent about 45 minutes with me assessing the issues. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his field and explained everything thoroughly to me. He also assisted in addressed the horrible sump pump situation we had going (that the previous owner installed) and made recommendations for that as well. He told me he would be 3 separate quotes for each issue as well as total (which would save us money). He went to his vehicle to write up the order and then came back with a binder of photos showing me examples of work they did for the same issues I had with my house. I was SO impressed. Although we haven't done the work yet, I need to look no further we are going with All Aspects. And the quote was WAY less than what me and my husband thought it would be!

They kept the house clean of debris and dust as promised. Performed their part of the job in one day. Sump works great. Once the weather began to get cold, I realized that the external drain tube was not sloped enough and was freezing up. Contacted the company about that problem and was put in contact with the Service Manager. He came out and reviewed the issue and suggested a mitigation strategy. My sump also pumps a lot of water, so I let him know I was interested in installing the battery backup. Just completed the drain re-route and the battery backup installation. Time will tell on the drain re-route, but it looks like it should work and they didn't charge me for it. The battery backup installation looks good, and they made it very cost effective. The Service Manager was very pleasant to deal with and easy to get in touch with. I should mention that if you are considering such an installation, and you have to remove drywall, that there is an extra cost associated with re-installing drywall and painting - by yourself or another contractor. We took the opportunity to add extra insulation in the walls, too. There was also an extra cost for us associated with installing a dedicated circuit for the sump pump by another contractor. Just stuff we had to do.

Jeff, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable. He accurately assessed the problem and spent quite a bit of time giving me a thorough overview of the severity (not too severe), and the work that would need to be performed to fix it. Ultimately, we have not decided yet if we want to pursue the sump pump installation, but if we do, there is no doubt that I would definitely use All Aspects Waterproofing.

Great. This is the second time we used them, first was on a rental property. They are timely, the properly covered out belongings to minimize cleaning and dust. They prepared us for the work to be done and provided clear instructions on what and how things would be done. Work happened on schedule and they stand behind their work and warranty. Would hire them a third time but not planning to move anymore! We interviewed a number of companies and they were cost competitive, in many cases lower AND did not try to utilize scare tactics to convince us of what needed to happen. Very pleased and have shared their number with many friends.

Robert Ellis conducted a thorough inspection of my property and carefully explained the cause of my basement water problem. He then explained the options offered by his company to remedy the issue. He was patient and explained all aspects of the recommended repairs. He even had photographic and video examples of what would be done. Mr. Ellis's presentation really helped me visualize what the proposed work entailed. There was no "hard sell," just the facts and just the options. I am still deciding whether to proceed with the work, but I wanted to share this positive experience. It was also very easy to schedule an appointment with this company. The inspector, Robert Ellis, called before his arrival to provide his ETA and he showed up on time.

Shortly after the Blizzard of 2016, when heavy rain hit the Maryland-DC region and also caused the snow to melt, water started to trickle into my basement and dampen the floors. I called All Aspects on a Wednesday and asked if someone could come take a look. When I asked if they could send someone on Saturday (because we worked during the week) they were able to accommodate our request. On Saturday, one of their Inspectors showed up as promised. In fact, Jamie arrived early, though not without first calling to ask if that would be ok with us. When he arrived, Jamie (one of their Senior Inspectors) looked around the foundation of the house and patiently listened while I explained what had happened, what I thought was causing the leakage, and a short history of issues we had 5-6 years ago when an old, cast iron sewer line collapsed and led to a problem. Jamie was knowledgeable and friendly, and confirmed our existing waterproofing and interior drainage and sump pump system appeared to be in good working order. He suggested the issue was mostly an exterior drainage/downspout and landscaping issue, coupled with an old door (and now poorly sealed threshold) that likely needed to be replaced. Though Jamie indicated All Aspects could perform the necessary exterior drainage work, he was honest and suggested an experienced landscaper could also perform the necessary work, and likely for a lower cost. Jamie's honest assessment and willingness to patiently walk me through the likely necessary repairs were very impressive. On top of that, his rough estimate didn't feel particularly expensive. So while we are planning to get estimates from landscaping companies, we are still considering All Aspects for the necessary work. I would HIGHLY recommend them based on my experience. My experience convinced me Jamie and All Aspects are honest and trustworthy.

This company did an outstanding job. The representative manney was one of the most professional and personable people I have ever talked too. I would recommend this company to anybody. Also they left the place very clean.

Jamie with All Aspects came to our house to look at moisture in our basement. He came on time and after looking around for a while he determined that we didn't need their services. He gave me the name of a sealant we can buy at Home Depot for $20 and it should take care of our problem. I'm very thankful that the company is honest and didn't try and charge me for services I don't need.

Two other companies recommended major work, including installation of sump pump at an average price of $6,000. All Aspects Waterproofing stated no work was needed, just minor DYI maintenance, saving us $6,000.

All Aspects Waterproofing came to help me within a few hours of my call to them during Christmas. They were not only a fast responder when my basement was about to get flooded, but were also knowledgeable, highly efficient, clean, meticulous and did a superb job. I highly recommend their services and have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors. During the heavy rain with Flash Flood warning, my old sump pump stopped working and I had to manually empty the sump pump continuously through the night using a 14-gallon dry/wet-vac because the sump pit was quickly filling up. By the morning of December 26th the water had slowed down but it was going to rain for the next 3 days and I needed to install a sump pump ASAP and repair the PVC pipe joint that had broken. I called All Aspects and unsurprisingly they were booked through the next three days. However, their service manager, Kenny Ferguson, called me within a few minutes and said he would himself come and replace the pump and repair the damage. He also generously offered to charge the same amount as listed on their Angie?s List Deal although I had not yet purchased the deal through Angie?s and it was an emergency service. It should be mentioned that I found All Aspects Waterproofing through Angie's List and Home Advisor. Kenny arrived within a couple of hours and installed a new Zoeller sump pump, repaired the mess, and all the while answered my various naïve questions and gave me simple suggestions that would ensure protection against water damage without having to install expensive items. Kenny had thorough knowledge of the task at hand; he was professional, and highly efficient. He didn't just try to finish the job but was meticulous and neat. Being an experimental scientist, I am a good judge of quality of technical work. I am glad to have found All Aspects Waterproofing and will use them for any similar services in future because they are knowledgeable, professional and good at what they do.

Although I had to wait about three weeks before All Aspect's could come to assess the problem, I was pleased with Robert Ellis' Ellis' professionalism. He called ahead of time to state when he might be arriving, traffic permitting. He did not rush down to the basement to see the signs of water damage. Rather, on arriving, he wanted to learn more about the home, asking questions and taking down information. He then went outside to examine the gutters and downspouts to see whether water might be entering the home from those areas. Only then did he go downstairs to see the areas of concern. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of the damaged areas as well as areas where the sump pumps are located. At the end of his inspection, he gave us his opinion regarding the possible source of the water and possible next steps. I was impressed by his professionalism, thoroughness, manner of working, attention to details, and respect for the homeowner and the home. He explained everything that he did, shared what he was thinking as he worked, and expressed his thoughts and observations clearly and concisely. All of these aspects of the inspection and his work were unlike that of other company representatives I had met before. Based on our experience with him, I would definitely contact All Aspects for work in the future.

This was our first large project completed by a service provider in our new house, but thanks to All Aspects it was a breeze. Service manager Kenny Ferguson came out prior to the appointment for a consultation. He answered all of my questions and we agreed on the work to be done. Throughout the run up to the day of the work, All Aspects stayed in touch and answered follow up questions. On the day of the job, they arrived on time and got to work, finishing everything in about 6 hours. The work involved temporarily tearing up pavers and a 40 foot segment of our yard to run the discharge line, so we were expecting the yard to be a mess. However they were very careful and we were amazed how good it looked afterward. All in all they did a quality job quickly and efficiently, and All Aspects has continued to be available for additional questions about how to maintain the work over the winter. We are very pleased with everything that's been done and will call on All Aspects in the future if we need additional work.

Jamie Seymour explained the work carefully to us and coordinated with the contractor we hired for the demolition and refinishing work. We compared prices and found that All Aspects Waterproofing had great attention to detail without charging the highest price (we had other bids that were 30% higher for the same type of system). Everything went smoothly and was completed on time. The crew adjusted to some unexpected conditions found in our basement (extra demolition, overlapping concrete slabs, obstacles on walls) with no extra charge and no delays. The work crew gave us a few reminders for the refinishing work to make sure the system would not be damaged or impaired by upcoming improvements. The workers were professional, clean, and quick. Our basement remains clean and dry. We have great confidence in their work and would definitely recommend them to others.

Everything has gone great so far. I will update/complete the review after the work is complete. Robert Ellis did a wonderful job assessing our situation and presenting us with our options. He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, providing us with a significant amount of information and education. He took his time and explained everything clearly and completely. He arrived to the appointment on time and was extremely personable and professional. I would highly recommend contacting All Aspects and Robert in particular to get an assessment on any needed waterproofing work. As stated, the work is still to be completed. I will update/finish the review at that time, but so far all has been great!
