The people of Waterworks of Delmarva are great people to work with from the owner to the guys working in the field. I had a 44' x 15' hardscape installation. The estimate for the job was given to me the same day the owner came to look at the job. The Job was started seven days later and completed in seven days. The gentlemen who completed the job did a fantastic job. They were very professional, friendly, and paid close attention to detail. The price for the job was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the completed project. I would highly recommend Waterworks of Delmarva for any of your hardscape projects!!!

The people of Waterworks of Delmarva are great people to work with. First, The Owner Bob Short came to my home to give me an estimate on a 44' x 15' patio, steps off of my rear slider, firepit installation, and remove mulch and replace with decorative stone. He gave me the quote on the spot and guaranteed the price, which was very reasonable. Bob is very professional and awesome to work with. Seven days later they started the job. The job was completed in approximately seven days. They were at my home until the job was completed. The two gentlemen that completed the work were fantastic. They were professional and friendly. They paid attention to every detail and are very thorough. I never had to say anything to them, they completed the job exactly how I wanted it done. I am very pleased and happy with the entire process. All three gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Waterworks of Delmarva. I would certainly use them again!!!

Had permit one day and they started and were done in 6 days. Hard working employees and owner of the company. Had lots of compliments about the patio.

There is no rating high enough to capture what fantastic work and customer service was provided. Bobby Short has superior customer service and is a very personable â realâ person. In lower Delaware the biggest challenge is getting folks to return your phone call and especially to show up to give a quote. Bobby was fast to return our call and quick to come out and provide us with a quote. His lead stonemason, Tui, is a phenomenal mason and pays attention to every detail throughout the entire job. I very highly recommend Waterworks for any stone patio and walkway project you need - I simply cannot say enough positive things about them. Hire them!!!!

Robert explain all phases of the project. He held schedule and cost. His quality was excellent. He kept track of his workers and their progress. His crew was hard working and very helpful.

Wonderful work on paver resurfacing of patio and pool deck. Great deal and great guys to deal with.

I was able to get my walkway designed, organized and completed in just over a week. It wasn't a big job, but one that was important to me and Bob and his crew were able to deliver exactly what I wanted.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to deal with Bob Short and his construction crew. The installation of a large stone patio, walkway and porch couldn't have gone any smoother. Communication was excellent as Bob always returned calls promptly. His suggestions and guidance in the selection of the pavers and design was exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond what we asked them to do.

Bob Short and his crew designed the driveway/pavers, drainage, retainer wall, firepit, patios, and grading needed for our new house and construction. Bob handled coordinating Jeff Brown of Chesapeake, and even in a year of excessive rain, they delivered what they promised. In fact, when we drove down our 800 feet driveway, we were pleasantly surprised to see our driveway pavers containing our Last name letter monogrammed within. Bob and his crew over-delivered. As in most things, you get what you pay for and you forget over time what things cost but you are reminded daily of quality.

Above ground pool replacement project went really well. Communication with Mr. Short was excellent for project timelines and details. The old pool within a deck was replaced with a deeper pool and it looks great. I would highly recommend Waterworks.

Mr. Short was fantastic too deal with! He took the time to listen and understand exactly what we wanted and he and his crew executed it perfectly. Work was completed right away. He exceeded our expectations!!!

Bob Short of Waterworks installed a paver patio at my home in 2014. I am now noticing that the patio is sinking near the home when not enough support was put to keep the dirt from settling. I have emailed Bob to ask for help in addressing this issue but he has not responded. I have offered to pay to help get this fixed before the pavers sink any further.

Very please with the work. Our schedule deadline was met and communication was constant during the process.

I hired them to do a patio and a path from outdoor shower to porch. They bid $20/sq foot and wanted to start immediately. We wanted to wait as we needed a variance for the path portion. He pushed that he wanted to keep his crew busy and they'd come back to do the path when the variance was approved. I ok'd that but told him in the meantime I'd received another bid at $18/sq. foot. He replied "I did overbid your project because I thought access to the site would be a problem". I went ahead anyway - they arrived on time and did a good job. The next week I called to say the variance was approved and he could do the pathway. He sent me a new contract bid at $47/sq. foot! When I questioned it, he said the job was too small. I reminded him that we allowed him to do the patio to keep his crew busy - had he been honest about the increased pathway cost, we would have waited and done the whole project together. His reply: "Oh, well". Not the way I do business.

Waterworks explained in detail the process of building our patio at our first meeting. The owner is an engineer who gave me a complete description of the foundation which was lmportant to me because of the sandy soil in this area. The price was reasonable, quality excellent and the job completed on the exact day he said. Very happy with end result. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are very pleased with the work that Waterworks Lawn Irrigation, Inc. did for us. They showed up when they said that they would be there and completed the job in a timely manner. So many neighbors have commented on the quality of the product used and how well it looks.
