Jerry (the owner/manager of Total Lawn Care, Salisbury, MD) made me pay $800 for 4 small cheap trees that died in less than a month. He never came to check on the trees despite my several phone calls regarding their poor condition. He bought the trees from a planter who provides warranty and replaces trees for free, but Jerry wanted to make me pay for the replacement. He was very rude (I am a female)…He did not want to take any responsibility for making me pay $800 for Zero customer services and dead trees.

The quote was extremely high. My property is 1/3 acre and my house is 2,000 square feet. They wanted $50 for a basic cut and bag. It was an additional $35 if I wanted bushes cut. It was insanely high. I called them and left a message and they called back a couple of days later. I gave them my address and told them what I wanted. I work out of town and my wife said they never came so I assume they came when she was out of the house. I got the quote in the mail as requested and they included contracts. I'm from Cleveland where it is $200-$250 for an entire season and they wanted $45 per hour for snow removal. I wondered if they were shoveling by hand. My driveway is not even 100 feet total and is doublewide. There wasn?t anything outstanding or nothing super bad either. I would only use them if I had too.
Description of Work: I got two quotes from Total Lawn Care for yard care services and snow removal.

They know what they are doing and they do it well. I am very happy with their work and would never hesitate to call them.
Description of Work: I use them for lawn & yard work at both of our homes. They also did landscaping at one of them. I have continued to contract with them for the 2010 and 2011 seasons.

After over seeding my lawn and not being able to mow for 2-3 weeks I needed to have the lawn mowed and bagged. I had made an advance appointment with another company for this work; but they continuously missed appointments. After 1-2 additional weeks of not having my lawn mowed I was desperate for a company to complete the work quickly. I spoke with the wonderful office staff at Total Lawn Care and explained my situation. They were willing to help and I received an estimate the same day. The team was able to complete the work two days later at a very reasonable price. Throughout the process they were communicative and willing to do what was necessary in order to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Mowing, bagging and trimming an approximately 1/2 acre residential lot.
