I've called them for additional bait traps and they never showed up or called back. They don't call back when I ask them to come move the existing traps and as a result my lawn mower has chewed up them up.

To start off was given a time frame of 8-12 no big deal. Guy shows up at 5! Again things happen ok no big deal well we walk through and explain that we are seeing roaches and the guy then proceeds to tell me I don't know anything there are no roaches. Well they leave and two days later there is a roach in my kids crib! I catch the roach and call back best answer I get is that they can get back out in two weeks! Umm no I paid you to come out and do this right the first time. By the time they did come out guy verified it was a roach and being that we just moved in we would need to aggressively treat. I will never ever use them again. We found another pest company especially after the guy told me I don't know a roach when i see it.

I would give them an A overall. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I use Terminix for pest control. They do maintenance. I have an agreement with them. They come every three months and spray around the outside of the house. They take care of the ants.
