Thank you for taking my call just a few moments ago. Once I saw this review I immediately called you to find out what went wrong. I appreciate you taking my call and I appreciate you stating that you would in fact use us again. Once we hung up, we pulled your file and did find a business card size note that had some terms of payment schedule, you are correct in saying that. I think the confusion may be that you assumed that we would charge your card on these dates. We do not keep anyone's card on file for your protection. You would have had to call in on those dates to make the payments as agreed, we did not make that clear. The few months that went by where your charged should have or would have been charged you would noticed that we did not charge your card and this to should have generated a call into us. When the finance department called for final payment you had to pay all remaining invoices as there was no record of the agreement noted in our system, this is an in house communication breakdown and I apologize immensely. As I said on the phone, we are here to work with you on terms and the remaining roofing projects. I will pass on to the crew and office personnel, your great comments on their work ethic and the professionalism that you experienced! I appreciate your business!
