+ -1 moreIt was expensive so I had a number of bids on it. I was happy with them. I was very pleased. They stuck to their estimate. It was a matter of a week from start to finish; without that unit I didn't have heating or cooling, so it was important. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Shore Comfort Services to put in a new heat pump. They took out the old unit and put in a more energy efficient unit.

+ -1 moreWhen I arrived home late in the evening yesterday, the A/C was not working. I visited their website late yesterday and left a request for service. Their customer service rep called early morning today to setup an appointment. The very polite tech arrived on time and quickly found and fixed problem!

+ -1 moreThe people did a pretty good job. They did a very thorough job. The owner would check the work and if he wasn’t happy with something, he would require them to come back and change or fix it. I was in one case satisfied with what they did, but he looked at it and he was not satisfied. He had them come and do something and I was pretty impressed with that. I spent $30000 on that work.
Description of Work: I used Shore Comfort SVC and they installed a geo-thermal system and the work was completed in the latter part of 2010.
