Pool Tech is very professional, technically competent, and offers full service support (including installation, maintenance contracts, and a retail outlet for supplies). Their pricing was low, and product quality high. The sales staff was honest and accurate in suggestions and pricing, and the technical crews incredibly talented, and a joy to interact with as I asked countless questions during install. I would have thrown me off the jobsite. Follow-ups, instructions, and competence was superb. I can't give them enough praise. As an example of their extraordinary customer support, THEY called ME after a recent heavy rain - simply to ask if I had any questions! We continue to use them for openings and closings, and chemical supplies. I can't consider using anyone else!
