I am an OC Homes Club member who knows that their 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, 100% of the time is 100% true. I had a heat pump failure resulting from a manufacturing issue and faulty installation by a previous company's technician. Facing a costly repair or new installation OC Home (Bryce and Matt) stepped up for me, dealing with the manufacture and standing behind the previous service warranty. The installation of the new AC unit was done in a professional manner that also corrected the previous installation issues. I highly recommend OC Home Services and their staff.

Work done by Matt, was great. He quit, so no longer available thru them. My issue is with owner, Fred and salesman, Chris P. After bill was paid, $30,000. later, I had concerns about company truck damage to sidewalk (asked if insurance could cover), and wanted some tape failing in master bathroom ceiling fixed. Fred got so outraged about the sidewalk request, that instead of just saying no and we move on to bathroom ceiling, he called it ridiculous, raised his voice, became argumentative, and so disrespectful. Most of our time was spent on me asking him not to act this way and defending myself from them saying that I said things I did not. He turned in a huff and refused to look at the bathroom ceiling. Chris turned like a mouse and went the other way. I stood on my sidewalk asking them to come back, let start again. Both ignored me. This is not how you keep, or get new business. Service after the sale? This gets a failing grade. I called BBB, no record of them. I called another company of Maryland (10-11-2019), they do not have electricians license. Just beware.

Everyone I had contact with, from the initial estimate through final payment, were all respectful, courteous, and professional. They arrived when they said they would, they cleaned up before leaving each day. I had my wooden deck replaced with a composite one. I love the results. I highly recommend OC Home Services.

Came early without a call first because they knew i couldn't be there. did not offer to leave old parts.Did not replace valve with the proper valve. over charged by several hundred dollars. the charge amount indicated they charged about $500 an hour for 2 people .will never use again

The back splash was installed very professional, prompt, polite over all a great job and the installer name is Stanley. I am having painting done in January hope he is the painter as well.
