+ -1 moreOur microwave stopped working and was still under warranty. Our immediate area had no one to do repair but Kelly had contract and was company Lowe’s sent. John (repairman) was at our house early in day, diagnosed problem, told us part would have to be ordered, and was even able to get microwave going for a few days before it went out again (after few days) which John said would likely happen. When part came in was out very next day did repair and left us satisfied and smiling. Kelly’s was fast, reliable, knowledgeable and a refreshing pleasure to deal with from lady who called to set up appointments to repairman John who was quite knowledgeable and competent. Highly recommend them and grateful for such excellent service. HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMERS. THE DOBRY’S

Description of Work: The tech looked at our ice maker and found what was wrong with it. He said he had to order the part. He put the freezer door back together and said he would be back in a day or 2 with the new part. He charged us no money at the time. He came back Monday at about 5:30 and installed the new part. Then tested it to see it if worked .

Description of Work: I called and left a message on a weekend because my refrigerator was leaking. I called again on Monday and left another message. I also called Dave's Appliance. Kelly Appliance never returned my call!!! Dave's came out right away and fixed the problem! I will never call Kelly's for any appliance problem in the future.

+ -1 moretech came on 5/17/12 he had to order the part which was a idler pulley for my dryer it was supposed to be installed on 5/21/12 but there was a problem with the part number was transposed so the wrong part came in they reordered the correct part on 5/21/12 and the pulley was installed on 5/23/12 the tech came on time and was friendly and polite , the only thing i would say is i wish they had a person in their office instead of having to leave a message on an answering machine, i would use them again in the future if i have any other problems
Description of Work: dryer repair tech came on 5/17/12 found problem was a bad idler pulley he had to order the part it was suppose to come in and be installed on 5/21/12 but part number was transposed when it was ordered by the tech and the parts supplier, the part was reordered on 5/21/12 kelly's appliance then told me that they would be at my house on 5/23/12 between 8:00-9:00am which they were with the part and within 15 minutes my dryer was up and running .The tech was very friendly and polite , the only reason i gave them a B on responsiveness was you have to leave a message on a answering machine were as i wish i could have talked to a live person when i called their office

+ -1 moreI have been real happy with them. They are really good. They are honest, efficient and real nice. I would recommend them. They are very quick and get back to you the same day you call. They even come the same day that you call. I called this morning and the man has already been here, looked at the dryer and is going to order the parts. They are real quick when you call them
