 + -1 moreIt was obvious from the start that Joel knew what he was doing. I have a 1910 piano, and it's important to me for it to be kept up. Joel was right on time, and when my job ran a little long, he called his next stop to say what time he would get there, so I know he would do that for me as well. I am so pleased!

Description of Work: Needed opinion as to whether our old piano was able to be tuned or beyond repair. Mr. Smith ran some tests and determined that it would be cheaper for us to buy a good used quality piano (Yamaha, Baldwin, etc.) than to expend the money to repair our old Solheim (which had lived in a vacant farmhouse for a number of years). I'm satisfied that we were dealt with honestly and considerately.

 + -1 moreI have recently moved to the Eastern Shore, and my piano suffered some minor damage during the move - the keys had all shifted due to the movers loading the piano on it's side for transport (!) Joel was punctual, friendly and professional. He was able to shift all of the keys back into position, and then tuned the piano quickly and perfectly! I would highly recommend him to anyone whose piano needs servicing. My piano sounds great!
