I signed with Joan Catlin of ERA Martin to sell my home and she had my home under contract within 4 weeks with a very strong buyer! I am so pleased with everything she has done. She is extremely professional and I listened to her advice and took her advice and because I did and didn't let my ego get involved, it sold extremely quickly and I am so thrilled! All of the marketing she did paid off right from the start, I had multiple showings the same week it was listed and like I said 4 weeks to the day it was under contract. From beginning to end it will be a total of 11 weeks, I could not have asked any more from her. She is very straight forward and honest. She took my phone calls and if she wasn't available, her assistant, Barbara, responded immediately. You can't go wrong with her. I have a friend that has used Joan for all of their real estate transactions for the past 20 years and they just love her! I would not call anyone else in the future! You can't go wrong with her!
