Description of Work: They cleaned a large wool rug. Did a nice job. I was supposed to deliver the rug to them, but there was a mix-up in timing. When I got to their building, no one was there. They later called me and apologized profusely and came to my house and picked up my rug, no charge. After it was cleaned, I pick the rug up myself at the scheduled time. I hesitated to give them a B on punctuality, because it really was a mix-up, but I don't think an A fits.

The service was okay. They did a decent job. Some of the stains reappeared afterwards. They were also a little more expensive.

Their service was excellent. I would recommend then in a heartbeat. When they were finished cleaning, they put small squares of cardboard under the furniture to protect it from any moisture. They were very respectful, on-time, and we had no issues at all. We found the prices to be reasonable and were very happy with their service.
