+ -1 moreThe job went flawlessly. They came prepared and with a daily plan. The workers were knowledgable, well mannered, considerate and knew their "stuff". My husband is a engineer and he was very impressed. We would highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Installed a geothermal heating and cooling system . It included some minor changes to the duct work, all new heating and cooling heat pumps, air exchangers, hot water connection, some electrical work, installation of two smart thermostats, connections to thermal wells. They did the job in a timely manner and guarantee their work.

+ -1 moreDynamite! Couldnt be happier with this investment! The thermostat is the bees knees. I can control the heating and air from my smart phone at work. The unit boasts 20% reduction in the cost to heat and cool my home from day one. The odor neutralizing systems are amazing. No more lingering odors in the house from Friday Night Fish Fry. Our "builder installed" heating and air units did not come with any filters. My wife and i couldn't stand dusting our furniture and knick-knacks twice a week anymore. We have already seen a reduction in the amount of dust in two weeks. SUPER professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly they showed up when they said they would and did everything they promised. They even wore those shoe cover things when they were working in our house! HVAC Services Unlimited will be our heating and air specialist from this point forward.
Description of Work: Installed a state of the art Bryant WIFI connected thermostat, two(2) Rheme Halo odor neutralizing systems and two(2) high efficiency air filtration systems.

+ -1 moreHVAC Services Unlimited was phenomenal. They were pretty awesome. When I have to give someone so much money I typically do not want to like them but I really did! It was a great experience. We felt like we were at someone else's mercy because we were in California when they came out to our home. They did a great job and the follow-up was amazing.

+ -1 moreI had spent years researching replacement of my 25 yo York heat pump that was still "plugging along". After considering as many option as I could, I decided that the hybrid was the way to go, partly because I have natural gas available and partly because I have been very happy using my old but failing heat pump through the years. Because I used a wood stove for extra cold winter weather heat, it has now been relegated to emergency power failure status! I give the company extremely high marks in every category. Thank you, Frank Tobat and son!
Description of Work: Owner provided estimate and timeline that was "right on" for this two day job of installing my new hybrid heating system ( Bryant heat pump and gas furnace). I knew what to expect from the start and there were no surprises. Owner has years of experience working with gas systems and is a Bryant factory authorized dealer.
