Over the past 4 decades, Vernon Esham has been involved in the construction of over 2000 homes on the Eastern Shore in Maryland. In addition to being recognized as one of Delmarva’s leaders in new home construction, Vernon Esham and Brent Esham Builders also offers many other services including interior and exterior remodeling, new room additions, water damage repair, plus complete building renovations for residential and commercial property owners.

Our home needed a total roof replacement. We decided to add a porch in the front, windows in the attic, and replacement of trim and gutters. The work was exceptional. I love the finished product and can’t wait to sit on my porch this summer. When there were problems uncovered in the house I was told and they replaced or repaired. I needed someone to look out for my best interests and not just do the job they were hired to do and Esham Builders did that. My next project is a kitchen renovation and I will be coming back to them when I’m ready.
