Our realtor from ERA Jeani Warren many times would not answer our calls and we wanted to get into the house we were buying many times. We wanted and needed all the furniture in the home and mentioned to her many many times. She said she would contact the selling agent and tell her to leave all items, which included items in shed and so many items in the house. She kept telling us the selling agent would not answer her calls and will try and try. I called constantly not realizing they were planning to be sneaky with items in the house!!! shocking! AT CLOSING, we found out that both realtors became a team and told the sellers they had to get rid of everything in the house so the poor older folks were forced to have a garage sale and of course the realtors were there buying stuff. At closing we found this out and i told everyone what happened that we wanted everything and the sellers and US were completely shocked that the two realtors planned this! Nasty people! WATCH OUR FOR ERA REALTORS THEY ARE SNEAKY!

They are fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the area and here a long time. He is very experienced realtor I had before. It was their first year doing it and he was very professional.

Every body there was just phenomenal, very professional and went out of their way to make us happy. They scheduled to meet my extremely non fixed schedule. Their quality of service was topnotch.

Our realtor is Bill Martin. The big guy himself. Very professional office space and staff. He returned calls, texts and e-mails promptly. We have been looking for several months and are still looking at property to buy. Not his fault, there is just not much to see. Bill was concerned about our budget and did not push us into a house we could not afford or want. He made it a point to learn our wants, needs and tastes and did his best to find houses that we may like. Bill explained each and every line of the forms we signed when we made our first offer. Patient and well versed in the documents.

So glad we went with ERA and especially with Lisa Spicer.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! Donna if very professional and listens to her clients and is very honest and upfront. I first met Donna when my parents listed their house with her. I was then in the market for a home and called Donna and started looking and found the house I am in now. She looked out for my best interests every step of the way. I have recommended her to many others and will continue to refer her. She is the ONLY agent I would go with from ERA Martin. To give you an idea how great of a person she is, while my mother was in the hospital for pancreatic cancer, Donna Hoy came to visit her once a week for the entire 3 months that she was in the hospital and came to her funeral and continued to be a support and friend to me during some very difficult times. She didn't have to do all of this but this is who she is as a person she has a big heart and like I said you won't go wrong with her.

She is very good.
