Description of Work: Was trying to get an estimate on geothermal system. Called them several times before they returned my call, then after they cancelled one appointment they had set up to see my house, I finally got them to come and look at job. Then I never heard from them again. No written estimate was received.

+ -1 moreWhat I liked is their prompt response. They were very thorough with the estimate and very honest about what the job would take. They went through everything that needed to be done properly without cutting corners. My decision was that it was not worth it for what I could get in the increase in rental pay. They were prompt, honest and could have cut corners but they did not.
Description of Work: I own a rental house that is being renovated and I got a quote from Eastern Shore Refrigeration to install air conditioning at the house.

+ -1 moreOverall, things have gone quite well. The initial installation of the system went pretty smoothly. We did have one small issue, but they did end-up rectifying it after I contacted them. They hadn’t sealed along the boots in the floor, which prevented it from being air tight.
Description of Work: They looked at a heating system that wasn’t working properly and did bi-yearly maintenance. They had previously replaced the system.
