Chesapeake Heating Air

Was referred to this contractor by the contractor doing my renovation. Price they quoted for the system we wanted seemed in line. The preliminary work they did was lees than acceptable. They located wall unit lines in the wrong place and cut HUGE notches in the rafters that had to be repaired at additional cost to me. When renovation was complete, they did get the system running efficiently for a short while. Our ceiling Cassette Unit developed a leak which they attempted to repair once unsuccessfully. The refrigerant totally leaked out of the system and the AC function did not work. After numerous calls and messages to owner of the company to get the system running, they handed off the repair work to another company. They came and checked out the system installation and advised the 2 drain lines going under the house were not installed properly. That company was to complete the work via an agreement with Chesapeake Air and they too also became non-responsive. Have finally called a contractor I trust that is also a dealer for our LG system, and will be paying them hundreds of dollars to get the system installed and running properly. If you are looking at this company for HVAC work, don't bother with them.
