 + 0 moreThey appeared the first day one trap short and had to use one I had. They came for ten days. One trip they baited with cat food and I told them that groundhogs were strictly vegetarian-so guess what, caught a cat which my husband turned loose. In two weeks they caught nothing -ZERO. A huge HUGE amount of $$$ for nothing. I called their corporate office and was told Debbie would call me back. That was two weeks ago-no response yet. My opinion of this group is they take your money, no guarantees, and then really don't care that they did not do (catch groundhog) what they were paid to do. My advice to anyone looking to hire them for groundhog removal-DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!! Try someone or company other than APM.

Description of Work: I got the one time pest service deal! The technician that came was name Rob. He was outstanding! Rob was very professional and knowledgeable about his field. I learned a lot of information from speaking with him. He did an amazing job!

 + -1 moreWe had very good service from them. We have a contract with them. I pay $85 for 3 months, and I pay nothing if they have to come out in between. They have been very serviceable, they have done what we have asked them, and they have been here when they say they will be here.
