From our sale saman David, who by the way came out on short noticed in the pouring rain after hours to explain the company and their services. The installer showed up within two days. I expected the install to take up most of my day, but he was done within two hours. Our installer Don, did an outstanding job of explaining the system. He made it seem so easy. I can't say enough about how happy we are with using Alarm Engineering. The best part......they are LOCAL to our area, making customer service integral to getting satisfaction. Lets face it, their reputation is at stake and I am confident they will deliver in that area too ! Use Alarm Engineering for your Monitored Home Security System, you'll be glad you did !! Oh, they also do commercial work too.
