I would give them zero stars if it was an option. My husband hired this moving company to move only furniture, from one side of the town we live in to the other side. They were to take apart beds, put them back together in the rooms they were designated to go in as well as the dressers and nightstands. My husband and him went over it prior to the move. They broke the bottom piece to one of the dressers. Broke the track to our bed, that now the drawer won't go back in. My husband and I had to leave to go do two closings back to back. They were working on putting our bed together when we were leaving, so my husband paid Bill Ferguson Jr. on the agreed upon amount and tipped his crew. After returning from the lawyers office we discovered none of the other beds were put together and there was still bedroom furniture in the front hall. My son stated, (he's 17) they were there maybe 10 minutes after we left. They rushed the job, destroyed our furniture, and are not very responsible.

All of my moves went very smoothly. My most recent move was from Odenton, MD to Salisbury, MD with a stopover in Ocean City. Bill not only accurately estimated the price but the timing as well. During a commercial move from PA to DE in 2015, I was a nervous wreck. Bill kept in constant contact with me while my goods were in transit and everything arrived without issue.

Staff was on time, efficient, and professional. The crew was friendly and exceptional in their performance, caring that I was satisfied with the packing and unpacking of the truck and the placement of furniture. I was impressed with their work and the speed in which the move was completed in less time than the estimate given. I highly recommend A Moving Xperience.

I was paying for their move, as a housewarming gift, and really wanted to choose a good company. The owner, Bill, first did an in-home estimate of their property. My parents were impressed with how personable and professional he was. He called me the same day with the price (very reasonable) and answered all questions I had about his company. He really seemed to value having me and my family as a potential customers. Two weeks prior to the job, I received a confirmation call, and then another on the day before the move. On moving day, the crew was punctual, professional and efficient. Afterwards, my parents called to tell me how pleased they were. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Bill even followed up with myself and my parents, after the move. With this level of detail, professionalism, and customer service I highly recommend you use them. I'm glad I did.

From beginning to end, the whole experience of moving was made as easy as possible. I spoke to Bill, the owner of the company on Monday morning and he agreed to move us with short notice that same Thursday. He was personable, polite and came through on everything that he promised. He said that he would show up on Thursday in Odenton at 8:30am and he was actually early! They unpacked us with swift professionalism and we had all of our items intact when they arrive. They were friendly, polite, responsible, fast and wonderful.

A Moving Xperience met me at our old home and were five minutes early. Each of the two employees introduced himself and shook my hand. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. I had arranged with campus security for the truck to pull up in front of my building at the college where I work to deliver the books to my office, but when they got to campus, they (because they were driving a truck) dutifully followed the signs to receiving. I waited for them in the front parking lot, and saw these two young men each carrying 3 heavy boxes of books from the parking lot behind (AND two buildings away from) mine — WELL above and beyond the call of duty. They quickly delivered the boxes to my office and then, equally quickly, delivered the remainder of my boxes and furniture up the two flights of stairs at my new home. Again, they were courteous, professional, and efficient !! I would recommend this company and use them again without any hesitation whatsoever !!

They were prompt, courteous, and highly efficient. The only goof was they hit a wall when carrying a table out of the house. But this was a very small issue easily repaired.

The manager was VERY knowledgable in moving fine and antique furniture. His crew was efficient and timely. They did the job in less than 6 hours and there were NO scratches or scuffs on the walls or floors. They will be the company I call to move anything I need moved in the future!

The move went very smoothly. I had a lot of online options that were cheaper, but they all subcontracted the work and could not guarantee a pick-up time. After reading a few nightmare reviews of those services online, I went with a Moving Xperience, and I am very glad I did. The proprietor came to do an estimate, gave a date for pickup and delivery, gave a firm price on the day of the estimate, and performed the work as promised. He was very pleasant to deal with, and was truly a professional. His price was higher than that of some of the online companies, but those companies gave a price without viewing the work, and had a lot of small print attached to their bids. The Moving Xperience LLC also came in at about $1000 less than some of the big national moving companies. I was pleased that the same guy who gave me the quote loaded, drove, and unloaded my stuff, and that he had good, experienced help. He knows his stuff: he has moved a lot of pianos, and could identify the make of our piano, which was partially covered for protection, at a glance. He provided good advice on packing, and helped us get hold of some hard to find boxes for artwork.. Everything arrived in good shape except one shampoo bottle. I can live with that. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a mover to talk to Bill Ferguson of a Moving Xperience. He helped make our move to the midwest less stressful. I don't particularly want to move again, but if I do, I hope he is still in business when it happens.

They arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasant experience.

The moving team included three young men. They arrived on time. They took special care to load the truck to prevent damage to the furniture. They worked steadily and efficiently. They were curteous and pleasant to us and each other. We will definitely use them again if we have to move.

This company arrived early and worked hard continually until the job was complete. The movers were pleasant, professional and the rates were reasonable. It was a pleasure to work with Bill and his crew. I would definitely hire this company again!

Great job moving my family from a three story walk up (huge job) to our new home. Great people, at a fair price. The whole job done with a smile.

I looked on Angie's List and found a couple movers for a friend of mine who is relocating to South Carolina. After reading reviews, I gave him three names and he picked 'A moving Experience" . They gave the most fair price and my buddy ( who is a neat freak and organization KING) wanted the best! He liked the owner who came out and spoke frankly and honestly with him. On the day of the move, the movers were prompt, neat and professional. They had to move OAK furniture which can be extremely heavy and delicate at the same time. Yet the movers were gentle but effective and got everything out of the residence with only 1 lamp broken. They apologized profusely and made a note of it for the boss. My buddy appreciated the apology and caring and overlooked that much. Overall, he said that they did an EXCELLENT job with all of his belongings which filled a 26 foot truck. After loading it up, they drove to Charleston, SC where they got some shut eye and arrived promptly at 0800 hours to off load the furniture! My buddy's wife was in SC for the off load and stated she was extremely pleased with their work ethic and conduct. They AGAIN apologized for breaking the lamp in Maryland! She said they did a fantastic job, quickly, efficiently and with minimal damages!! She stated that her only problem was a few scratches on some of her fancy tables. This came from not using furniture pads on them and probably during the move, they shifted and rubbed, causing scratches. She stated she LOVED their service and would definately use them again as well as recommend them to her friends. My buddy agreed!! Great service for a reasonable price!!!

The entire move process, from my initial inquiry with Bill, until the truck was unloaded at the destination, was extremely smooth and professional. My observations were that the crew was very experienced and trustworthy, as well as efficient. I had anticipated that the move would take about 3 hours, especially since the weather was a torrential downpour throughout the loading time. However, the crew was swift and careful and I could not be more pleased.
