I am so grateful to have found William Richmond after over a year of dealing with â storm chasersâ begging my insurance company for enough money to fix my damaged siding a family member referred me to Richardâ ¦.I cannot say enough good things about him,,,,my siding was done in just a few days â ¦it looks beautiful along with new gutters that complement my siding colorâ ¦.and no money up front paid when job was completedâ ¦.the workmen cleaned up the debris did not have to call them backâ ¦.it just all went so smoothly I am very happyâ ¦my house looks brand new!

If you don't want to read all the details below then it point is - Bill matched roofing and siding that was more then 20 years old and it was a challenge! My house is an older house with an asphalt shingled roof and vinyl siding. A new addition was added in 2000. Over the years the roof of the original house had been repaired, the shingles were slightly different in color for each patch. The addition was a slightly different blue for the original house. The house and addition needed help. William Richmond replaced my neighbors roof, it looked so clean and new and perfect! So I asked Bill to give me a quote for the roof and it was within my price range. Looking at the house I realized that this might be the moment to make the addition and the house match. I told Bill I wanted the house's roof to match the addition and that I wanted the house's siding to match the addition. The addition was 21 years old. Tough job to make a beautiful whole out of a nice half and rough half. Bill matched the roofing from the addition with some serious searching. The siding was harder but he found siding for the house that made it the match the addition. Note: my husband is color blind and when he built the addition he could not see the difference in color, I married him in 2002 (I'm not color blind and the house and additional always hurt my teeth). In short order I had the house and addition of my dreams, one beautiful unified whole. Every day I take my dog for a walk and everyday as I walk towards my house I'm so pleased with how it looks. It has been almost 3 years of visual bliss. In addition the workmanship is excellent and it was done on time with careful clean-up. Perfection! But it was the effort to please my eyes but getting me the perfect roofing and perfect siding that makes me write this now after yet another dog walk and another moment of pleasure as I look at our house. It looks so good.

Mr Richmond and his team installed a new roof on our Southern MD home in 2018. He was very professional and customer service oriented. His team was thorough, replaced sheathing as required, at a great price, without over charging. In early 2023, a storm blew a small piece of soffit off of the peak of my home. It was in a precarious location. I could not make the repair. I wasnà ¢à  à  t sure what company would take a minor repair issue seriously. Although unrelated to the 2018 roof replacement, I recalled Mr Richmond also performs siding installations. I gave him a call. Being a Southern MD resident and businessman, Mr Richmond recalled both my property and me. Mr Richmond agreed to have a siding technician perform the repair. William, the owner, provided product specifics and explained the process in detail up front. An outstanding overall quality experience from start to finish.

I am very pleased with the quality of service and final results of my new roof. The project was closely monitored by Mr. Richmond. After they completed my roof, they were meticulous with cleaning up all materials, especially the nails.

Mr Richmond and his workers were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, neat and on time. I had made the agreement previously to get estimates and he was one of the contractors referred by one of my church members. After meeting with him, hearing his suggestions when asked, I knew this was the company. My home looks great and they even replaced some other items I did not know was included such as the electrical outlet and dryer vent cover. Excellent, Top Notch company. William Richmond Inc is one of the most pleasant and customer service contractors that I have hired for any home improvement project. My wife and myself have not done any major renovations in our house for 30 yrs . We received four quotes and none of the them compared to price and explanation of service and installation for for complete project of Roof installation,windows,siding and gutters. All crews were amazing and once project started was complete in one week. We love the new house and would highly recommend William Richmond for any of your projects.

Wow. I highly recommend Mr. Richmond. I had quotes from two other contractors and had decided to go with one of them, but Mr. Richmond described his reviews, experience, and licenses, and I decided to have him come out. He impressed me with his professionalism immediately, and while his quote wasn't the lowest of the three, I was very confident that he would do a good job. Two days after I signed the contract the materials arrived, and his team arrived the next morning. They are fast, and by noon they were done. He is meticulous about cleanup as well; except for our new roof, you'd never know any work was done. Excellent work!

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Richmond and his company. We needed new siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. We were on a budget and he worked with us to reach our goal. Once the contract was signed, the work was scheduled within a month and was completed within 3 days. Mr. Richmond was very helpful in helping us make choices that would enhance the overall look of our house. He really wanted to make sure the finished product looked great and it does. Many of my neighbors have commented on how great it looks. My husband who normally does all his own work commented on how meticulous they were with even the smallest of details. Mr. Richmond's team also went above and beyond and installed fascia on our shed with material that was left over.
