Mr. Richmond and his company are the ultimate professionals! He was prompt, delivered as promised and his workers were skilled, very efficient and respectful both personally and of our property. The cleanup was perfect--we found no debris left from removal of the old roof and the installation of the new. The work was completed in one day. Mr. Richmond reached out several times afterward to make sure we were completely satisfied. I recommend him highly and have already referred one new customer to him. It was such a pleasure working with this highly skilled professional!!

William Richmond Inc was the only company that arrived with the exact square footage of my roof from a satellite! The other companies came with tape measures. Huge differences in the calculations of square footage and price from the other 3 companies. Crew arrived 1/2 hour early and completed job in one day. Thorough and efficient. Lawn and deck was left very clean. Extremely pleased. I loved working with the entire staff. Our new roof is beautiful! Highly recommend William Richmond Inc. He is a man of his word! Very straight forward contractor. Quoted the job once and nearly six months later stuck to the same price quoted earlier. Other contractors wanted to "adjust" their quotes. No money was released until the entire job was completed to my satisfaction. Rare, usually they want 1/3 down to begin. The workers were polite and friendly and did a good job keeping the site relatively clean during the 9-10 days the job took to complete. Only a few minor issues arose and were resolved quickly. All in all a pleasurable experience that could not have gone much smoother. Thanks!

mr. richmond said i would be pleased with the work and i was more than pleased.they got to my home at 6.45am had tore off the roof and replaced 5 sheets of plywood and installed the new roof by 12:45 that's them putting the shingles up on a two story house they were the fastest crew i ever seen. GREAT COMPANY.
