We hired William to replace our mom is roof, fascia, gutter and shutters. He came out and was very friendly and professional. It was clear by hearing him talk about what was needed and him thinking about logistics that he knows his stuff. Before he left, he gave us a quote (one contractor never gave us a quote at all). His quote was extremely fair and we did not feel overcharged. He had everything timed and was very well organized. The crew was there in the morning and finished by noon. They did a great job and everything looks great! We could not be happier :-) Thank you, William Richmond et al. We appreciate you so much!

Outstanding work.

Mr. Richmond (owner) provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We were out of town when the roof was installed but he emailed us plenty of pictures so we could see how it turned out. We are very satisfied with our new roof. The crew showed up on time and did a great job cleaning everything up. I definitely recommend his business!

The quality of their work was excellent. The company workers were very conscious about maintaining a safe working environment. The work was done in a timely manner with a punctual crew.The crew after clean up was excellent along with their knowledge of their job. William the owner, did a very good job of working with us. He gave us a very good price, and did exactly what was promised. His crew showed up right on time (6:30am), and they got right to work. They completed the roofing one hour before the rain! The job was to remove two layers of shingles, replace bad plywood, and install GAF Architect shingles. They did a great job, all I can say is WOW! Also had them install new gutters - they are very good looking (6inch gutters), and are seamless - also at a good price! William was present at the end of the job and several times during the job. They swept the yard for nails with magnates several times (at least 4 times). William swept for nails another time several days later when we settled up on the payment. Great experience - Great Job.

I'm very happy with the roof and gutter replacement job done by William Richmond Inc. William took the time to explain the whole process to us and also kept us updated though out. Even though our home is a small 1000 sq. ft. rambler William treated us like our job was top priority. Such level of personal service is rare today. Highly recommended

William explained everything about the process upfront. The crew was prompt and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and still William ran a magnet through the yard twice after the job was completed. They also did my gutters. Same as the roofing crew, they were prompt and thorough.

Very easy process throughout. I appreciated Mr. Richmound's no-nonsense, direct approach. He kept me informed throughout and was very responsive to my calls. His crew was polite and efficient. Clean up was spotless. I will likely avail my self of Mr. Ricmound's services in the future. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, Mr. Richmond was a delight to work with. He is very communicative and went out of his way to keep us informed at every step. None of the other companies/estimates came close to the price and quality Mr. Richmond delivered. Further, when it was discovered I needed a lot more plywood replaced than estimated, he immediately worked his bottom line to minimize the effect on my pocket book...without me ever asking. A pro's pro! Would give 6 stars if possible and will definitely come back to him for future projects like siding and gutters.

Mr. Richmond and his team did a great job on a difficult roof. The weather was no help either. He even found a sawmill to make replacement Boards for a shed roof. Fair price, kept me informed great clean up. I am very Pleased.

I wished he did other things other than just roofing, because I would hire him for all my other projects. I appreciate his expertise, how quickly he responded to my request, how very honest, kind and professional he is. He gave me a sense of confidence that he will get the work done even if you are not at home. I liked that he is so confident of his work, you don't need to put down a deposit.

I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of roofing product used, installation, and warranty. They also replaced some T-111 plywood siding connecting two levels of the roof that had developed rot. There is a carpenter on staff who developed a professional fix and oversaw installation. (Other roofing companies said they would either fill it with caulk or I would have to hire a carpenter separately.) Furthermore, this is an excellent company to do business with. Mr Richmond communicated with me throughout the process. He never left any doubt when he (or anyone from his company) would be at my house, when the work was scheduled, exactly what work was being done, how much it would cost and means/timing of payment. They were prompt beginning the roofing job, and completed the job in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the results and the process!

Mr. Richmond’s company installed my new roof. He explained in detail what his people were going to do. I was told the schedule of work and when the work would start and how long the job would take. The day the work was to begin, his people arrived on time, worked in a professional manner and completed the job on schedule. I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his company to everyone.

the owner was very professional , he gave me a written estimate on what i needed done. once estimate was expected he kept in contact with until start date of the project.on the date of the job he had a large crew of six people.They covered the porch so it wouldn't leave a mess and, after the project was done they cleaned up the mess. the owner came back to check on the job many times during the course of the job so see how it was going.
