I had 5 roofers quote the job. William was the only one that didn't make me feel like I was at a used car dealership. From start to finish he and his employees were top notch. Love the new roof and the quality and value can not be touched.

Mr. Richmond and his staff did an excellent job on my roof replacement. Communication was all done through Mr. Richmond and he was very responsive throughout the whole process. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. And also did not try to sell me anything that I did not ask for which is appreciated. He provided me with a quality roof at a fair price and ahead of schedule. If you value a straight shooter and no hassle experience give Mr. Richmond a call.

I recommend the William Richmond Company. My experience started with the estimate for a new roof that I had thought would be twice what his price was. The crew that showed up to work was on time and very professional in getting the job done. Before leaving they cleaned up every scrape of trash from my yard (double/triple checked my driveway for nails). I'm so happy with their work that I'm going to have them replace my basement windows.

I saw 7 other companies for quotes on new windows and sliding doors. William was one of 2 that didn t try to sell me, which I really appreciated. He was professional, friendly, personable, and straight forward. We ended up choosing him over the other company because of his specific product, warranty guarantees, and, frankly, his name and person. A man that puts his name on his product is confident in it and most likely won t let you down. His team was swift and thorough as well as friendly and personable, not to mention patient with my children. William assured me that he will be available for any issues that may arise, and that has proven true. A few screens were punctured in the transfer process to my home, and without question William had them replaced within the week upon my notifying him. He is true to his work and worth every cent (which, I may add, is much more reasonable than 75% of the other companies we interviewed). You won t be disappointed!

Mr Richmond was very professional, his crew of workers were very thorough in identifying and replacing any bad sheathing, rebuilt the skylights and did a beautiful job with my roof. He even redid the roof on my grand kids playhouse the leftover shingles. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who needs a new roof.

Highest quality work and products at a highly competitive price. William Richmond measured my roof and provided a highly detailed proposal on the spot. His was the only proposal to specify use of all GAF system products required for the full warranty, other contractors I received proposals from would not commit to doing so even when asked which specific products would be used. His crew arrived on time, completely covered entrance, patio and garden areas surrounding the house, did an excellent job completing full replacement of the house, garage and porch roofs in just over six hours, thoroughly cleaned up all debris, swept surrounding areas for nails with magnet bars not less than four times, and were courteous and professional throughout. After a final inspection, William filed the warranty registration online and provided a completion certificate for final insurance release before leaving the site. He even sent a series of photos taken by the project manager during the job that document the work done and materials used. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process, and have already recommended William Richmond to several friends, neighbors and colleagues.
